Woofs and Waves is located in a quiet beachside community, The Boardwalk at Cape San Blas, situated on the southern end of the peninsula. The focus of the property owners is to preserve the natural vegetation of the community which is very apparent when you pull into the drive. Located beachfront in the neighborhood is a community pool as well as a gazebo area. An ideal spot for relaxation when coming off of the beach. One bonus to staying on the southern end of the Cape is that you are very near the start of the bike path that stretches all the way down to the State Park on the northernmost end. It’s a fantastic place to ride bikes or go for a run/walk. Salinas Park Bayside is less than a mile away and offers beach volleyball, screened-in grilling areas, a fire pit and a kayak/paddleboard launch into the head of St. Joseph Bay.

Woofs and Waves is a one-story, single level two bedroom home which makes access convenient and comfortable. There is as much living area outside as there is inside, so you’re sure to enjoy both. Under the house you’ll find a grilling area ideal for cooking family meals. On the main level, there is both a screened-in deck as well as an open, covered deck. In addition, you’ll find a widow’s walk above the house perfect for sunbathing. The best part is that you’ll be able to enjoy views of both the St. Joseph Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from up there.

Floor Plan: Ground level: parking, outdoor shower, grilling area. 1st level – living room with sleeper sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD and Radio/CD player; kitchen, dining area, Bedroom 1 – 2 queen beds and TV; full bath with shower/tub combo; laundry closet and Bedroom 2 – king bed, TV and full bath with shower only.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time!

The entry was key-less. All of the kitchen supplies were available. We were surprised to see the refrigerator had an ice maker. The furniture was comfortable and the screened in porch was an added plus. We could not use the outside shower because there was a corn hole game inside. The location was quite a distance from the gulf. You couldn't see or hear the waves from the house.

This trip came at a very stressful time for me, but Pristine Properties was very patient with me when I had trouble at the beginning. The place was really nice. And it was so nice to have a pool and the beach. Plus, it’s an awesome location to go driving along this beautiful coast. And when I left, I wasn’t frazzled like no was when I got there. 10/10 recommend.

This was one of the nicest air B&Bs we have stayed in! Easy check in and out process. The condo was clean and right next to the beach access point. Loved the local shops and close enough to port st joe for any dining you can’t find on the island. Will be back!

The property was clean on arrival, it is in a good location and close to a nice dog friendly beach. Everything in the unit worked and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. You must bring your own paper towels, dish liquid and all essentials. Beds were comfortable. Internet/wifi was strong. The living room furniture requires a steam cleaning. The patio furniture should be pressure washed. The tap water in the bathrooms had a very strong sulfur smell. Nice community.

We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great location. Our family loved being "tucked away" and the peacfullness this property had to offer, yet the ability to get to anywhere within a very short drive. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the private beaches and the pool area was wonderful. The screened in porch was really nice for the days that it rained and the cooler Florida evenings.

We had a wonderful week at Beach Haven house! We used every bit of the beautiful space. The amenities were perfect, the decor was lovely and inviting, and the pool was luxuriously heated. We were the 7th house from the Gulf in a peaceful residential neighborhood of other houses. The area was not commercialized and felt very private and homey. This was a vacation worth repeating!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect- centrally located between Port St. Joe and the state park at the end of Cape San Blas. It's right on the bike path and about half a mile to a lovely little park/playground via the path- so great for our kids to play! It was a very easy walk to the pool and beach (note that the boardwalk to the beach has 2 short flights of stairs, maybe 6-7 steps each...take into account before you try to drag your wagon full of gear or bikes out!). The pool was not heated, so we couldn't enjoy the water too much in early April, but it was very clean and we enjoyed laying in the sun on the deck chairs. The beaches on CSB are fantastic. The house itself was accurate to the description and photos and worked well for our family. I definitely recommend CSB, and this house was perfect for our group!

Great house for a week away. The space was great for a group of 4, including a child. The screened porch is perfect for outdoor dining. The closet of games and puzzles was a nice surprise.

Perfect location in the quiet Boardwalk community. 600 steps to the beach via the boardwalk and less than that to the beachside pool. The house is well appointed with all your daily needs and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for our family of five.

Beach Haven is perfectly named! It is withing walking distance of the beach, the pool, and a short drive to the national park at the end of the cape. 15 minutes from town to pick up whatever you need before arriving so hopefully you don't have to leave until the last day. This place has facilitated the best vacation my family has ever had and I know it can do the same for you!
