Beautiful views. Would rent again for view alone. The company was easy to communicate with despite not having keyless entry. House could use some updates. But overall we had a great stay. We love the area and house was in GREAT location

Awesome location, just steps from the beach.
Was within walking distance to the Tradin’ Post and St. Joes Shrimp Co.
House was very clean and a good size for our family.

Great place to stay! The ‘Rambling Wreck’ was anything but how it sounds! It is the fight song for Georgia Tech, and the owners had the wooden bleacher stands-complete with seat numbers-made into the flooring and stairs of the house! Great location on the beach, and very spacious.

The property is run down and dated. There were no fans or rocking chairs on porch. Just straight wooden chairs. layout of den furniture was just not good for family gatherings. The rock driveway was hard to back out to. Glad we had 4 wheel drive. AC worked well. Dining chair broken, light over stove out. Being beachfront was only positive thing about this property. No lights on lower deck for coming up from beach at night.

Though there were some very minor issues, the place was nicely kept. The kitchen seemed small, but it was actually just about right for the property. There was plenty of cookware to fix breakfast and the appliances were adequate. The drawrs built into the wall in the downstairs bedroom was a cute touch, however a mirror on the wall would have been nice. There is a deck off the 2nd floor bedroom, from which my wife and I saw the lunar eclipse on May 15, and there is a screened in porch just outside the living area on the first floor. That was nice. If you are willing to pay the price, you will enjoy your stay.

Great location! Overall this place is great! If the rental had some internal updates and upstairs balcony door fixed this place would be a 5 star.

We loved this condo! The beach is very narrow in that section, which is the only reason we may not rent it again. But the condo itself was great!

Great time and great place. I’ll be staying there next year. My wife and I would love to have a screen on the second floor patio door. There is only 1 small window in the bathroom. Please Please Thank you

We were a little disappointed at first, because the appearance of the condo did not match the online pictures or description. It was not "fully updated with new flooring and appliances." The stove was clearly from the last century, and the shag carpeting on the stairs and landing has seen better days. The plastic chairs on the upper deck were broken. We were disappointed that the kitchen did not have a pot large enough for a Frogmore Stew shrimp boil night. Also, the road to the condo was in rough shape due to heavy rain, with large pools of water and pot holes. That being said, everything in the condo worked, and the location so close to the beach was fantastic. We also really appreciated having the propane grill. With a few updates this place could be fantastic. Overall, we still felt it was a good value.

We had a great time! A really wonderful stay. This is the the 2nd time that we have rented that property so we knew what we were getting. The last 3 times we'd been there we rented a place called Turtles Nest, but it was really damaged by Michael. But like I said, it was a wonderful month! You guys did a great job and we'll be back!

My daughter said it was our best trip to Florida. Proximity to the beach, the clear water of Cape San Blas, the beautiful sunsets from the upper deck are the reason. We took what we could At the last minute, and the house has some really great features.

We would normally prefer a single home to rent because of privacy, but this worked out very well. The duplex is set up that there really is very little interaction (or noise) between the neighbors. And luckily there were great neighbors. This place is front row to beach views! The upper deck was perfect for morning coffee and nighttime stargazing. The screened porch also a plus. A very comfortable home. We appreciated that this is a dog friendly home as Rocky had a great time too! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation! So my 5 stars is for the home. I give Pristine 2 stars. And they only get that because of the information that is sent out in their robo texts. Otherwise they get zero stars for customer satisfaction. I’d suggest a class on how to speak with customers if you want to keep your business flowing. If you don’t care one way or another, then keep doing what you’re doing.

Great location, easy quick access to the beach. There is now an icemaker, however the kitchen is lacking as far as pots/pans. Screened porch was very nice, as was the upper deck. We had to bring chairs up to the deck, though. There were just 2 of us and it was perfect size.

We love the condo. They layout is great. Roomy and easy to live in for 4 people. The screened in deck is great and the view of the ocean beautiful. Easy access to the beach and the Trading Post is close by. We loved it so much we reserved it for two weeks next April. It does need some new pots and pans for cooking. We'll bring our own in April.
