Perfect place for kids and grandkids with a pool and short walk to the beach.

We loved this home and location. So peaceful, with no crowds. The home was perfect with 2 living rooms and plenty of room. Tons of kitchen space. Very clean as well. We had trouble getting inside as the code didn’t work, but one phone call and they had us a working code within minutes. The responsiveness was great especially since it was after the office had closed. We will definitely recommend this home to our family and friends. We hope we will be able to stay here again next year.

We Loved this place. The location is perfect for what we were looking for. No crowds whatsoever, very peaceful. The access to the beach is almost directly in front of the house. We loved having the pool for the kids as well. We did have trouble with the door code not working, but with 1 phone call they had me a working code within minutes. Very responsive. I will definitely recommend this house to friends and family. I hope we will be able to stay here again next year.

Great location. We could see dolphins from our house everyday. We could see Bald Eagles. We could easily walk to the beach. Very private and friendly neighbors.

This was our 2nd time staying, We love the location, The only suggestion I have is to put a little more effort in the pots/pans you have, they really need new ones - We like to cook while we are there and The TV in the main living Quarter wasn't working. Other than those 2 things, it was GREAT!!

Nice stay! Beach was practically our own. A bit of a drive to shops and restaurants (10-15mins), but quiet and private stay. Kids loved going from the pool to beach. Road that we crossed to the beach was not heavily traveled at all. House was set up great for families with tons of open hangouts. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home close to the beach, there were biting flies on the beach so that was a bummer, property could’ve been cleaner on arrival, but overall we had a great time.

We really enjoyed this area as it has a residential feel as compared to Gulf Shores or Panama City. The gulf water isn't as clear as those areas but the beach is just as nice, in my opinion. This house has a great location and view of the gulf. We also really liked the floorplan giving our 3 kids plenty of room to spread out. As with all Airbnb's, remember to pack consumables (coffee & filters, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent etc). We would come back to this one. Thanks!

This was a good basic property. The location was excellent with closeness to the beach. The kids loved the pool. The WiFi was very reliable.

Check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. Everything was streamlined onto one personalized site. The location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Beach access was almost directly across from the house.

We LOVED the house and convenience of the short walk to the beach but best of all, the pool was the hit for the family. The ONLY issue we had was that the previous renters left trash in the the trash container by the road and something (bear?) got into it 2 nights in a row and we had to clean it up. The trash pickup was only once a week and there was no dumpster remotely close by for us to take our trash.

The property is beautiful!!! Could use better more comfortable deck furniture and pool furniture other than that it really is perfect. We have stayed in lots of beach homes over the past 20+ years and this was a favorite!

We had a wonderful wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is really well set up for families with kids. There is a large, quiet master closet that is plenty big enough for a pack n play for a baby. Two living areas was PERFECT to give kids and adults a little separation. The kitchen was large and easy to navigate. It was very comfortable to stay in as a large group. The only few negatives, and I'm nitpicking, were that the pool was not super clean when we got there, and the outdoor furniture was plastic and old. It also really needs a 3rd bathroom, or at least a door to the master bathroom from the kitchen so that everyone in the house can use it. And shower enclosure for the outdoor shower would also help to that end, as someone could shower outside. Otherwise, it was a wonderful wonderful stay in a beautiful private section of beach. We brought all of our own food and were completely socially distanced. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

The home is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. It's warm, open, and has a great floor plan. The view makes you feel like you are beachfront and it's an easy walk to the beach. We loved having the pool as we had several double red flag days. The noise off of the road behind the house was fairly loud, but was a fair trade-off for proximity the beach.

The house is beautifully decorated and the close proximity to the beach was great. We probably won't rent again because we didn't like the brown beach water. Other than that it was a fun, relaxing time with family.

My only issue with this property is that it has 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. I wish it had an extra 0.5 or 1 bathrooms. This is not a deal breaker however. Everything else was superb. The house is very nice and well maintained. I really enjoy the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The pool is excellent. The beach is very close and that is awesome. Overall the house is great.

315 Treasure Road - Excellent Great house. Great layout. Good separation of Master Suite from other areas, so early risers and night owls don’t disturb each other. Two TV/sitting areas. Big pool size for a rental. Very good Gulf view and quick beach access. Very clean. Quality furnishings. Stocked well. Definitely would stay here again. We love the area.

Treasure Road is a beautiful home! Great location and short walk to the beach. Home was very clean & spacious. Loved the pool and outdoor areas. We would absolutely stay here again and appreciated Heather at Pristine for getting us in last minute! Just be sure to bring the essentials... toilet paper, there was only 1 roll per bathroom, no paper towels or dish/hand soap for kitchen. We don't mind buying these things but would be nice to know ahead of time to arrive prepared. Thank goodness for short drive to Indian pass general store!

We loved this house for spring break 2018. Location is wonderful. Easy access to beach. Beautifully yet simply decorated. We can't wait to go back!
