The Great White 2

A Beautifully furnished Condo with amazing ocean views. It was very clean, spacious, had plenty of options for dishes, and cooking. The only things missing in my opinion were coasters to protect the furniture. (I purchased 2 and left them as a courtesy for the next guests) I also would recommend bath mats for the bath rooms. We have been to the area previously but this was by far our best rental. Pristine Properties was great to work with. Suzanne was very helpful. I highly recommend this rental and Pristine Properties. I look forward to returning.

Beautiful place, gorgeous view, fabulous balcony. My husband is good with Tech but we had a terrible time with WIFI and finding channels in the bedrooms. Only the main room could we watch TV.

Our stay was just what we needed. We do not vacation in this area often. We chose it because it was closer than our preferred beach vacation spot and we were staying fewer number of days than we normally would. However, after this experience, I am sure we will visit this area more often and would consider renting from Pristine Properties again.

Beautiful location! We were in PSJ for a memorial service and came early for a short vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised with the lack of traffic and tacky touristy things. The Main Street which was maybe 10 minutes away had a nice variety of restaurants. The property was also about 10 minutes from a well appointed grocery for all the necessities. We chose the property predominantly for the elevator because my husband is disabled and it was great. I would caution any other handicap families that it is a lift style with doors on every floor and an accordion door on the lift and if any doors are not closed properly the elevator will not run. This could be a problem if you don’t have someone able bodied to go close the doors on other floors. I had to do this several times for my husband. A beach wheelchair rental is also available in PSJ! They’ll deliver and pickup the chair to this location!

The GW2 made going to the beach so simple. Our family was looking for a peaceful week at the beach away from the crowds and Port St Joe was absolutely perfect. Hope to come back next year!

The view was wonderful, the house was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze! The only thing I would recommend is adding some more dishes, and cookware to the kitchen. Things such as potholders, containers with lids. We had a wonderful stay, beds are super comfortable, and you really can't beat the view.

Our family of four had a great time staying here. The place was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was Awesome!! It was so wonderful and convenient to be steps from the water. The beach was quiet and had miles of white sugar sand to walk on. The small towns of Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe were really neat to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable beach house! We felt right at home and had a peaceful and very relaxing stay.Super clean throughout the home! The elevator was a little tricky so we only used it once. Beds and couch were comfortable! Loved the shower in the bathroom and the hot water never ran out even with 5 guests showering. The ice maker was just a little slow but we made it work. Loved having a big laundry room to keep our clothes clean throughout our stay. Exceptional property!

My family of 6 enjoyed our Christmas stay at the GW2. Pristine Properties provided thorough communication and instructions before and during our stay. It was nice to see a cute little Christmas tree when we walked in! Thank you for that! The view was absolutely stunning. No picture could do it justice! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets right from our patio! Being directly on the beach was so convenient since 3 of our kids are ages 4 and 3. We didn’t need a lot of equipment to lug back and forth.
The only thing that could use some improvement is the kitchen being stocked with a few more cooking essentials and basic seasonings.
Overall, we loved our stay at GW2! It was a very special time! We highly recommend staying with Pristine Properties. We are already planning our next trip back to this beautiful area. We hope that you will have us again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Great White 2. First off, the place was spotless and smelled so clean when we walked in. It was well equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen utensils, and we especially loved the chairs on the balcony - we had our coffee and breakfast and lunch out there every day! The best part about the place was how easy it was to get to the beach - our own private boardwalk!! We have two little ones under the age of 4, so the easy access was amazing. The owner also thought of details like shelves and space to store your beach stuff downstairs overnight so you didn’t have to drag it (and all the sand) up to the condo. This was our favorite AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in and we’re already talking about coming back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay!
It was comfortable and really important to me.. so clean! They thought of almost everything ;) Having a light battery operated vacuum for the sand would be golden, as well as a tea kettle. Our family will definitely love coming back! Also my husband got to meet the owner and he was absolutely kind and gracious and all around great person. Fisherman too. :)
