The Beach House, located gulf front on Indian Pass, is a perfect place for you to reach that sense of peace, serenity and relaxation. A single family home, this property is situated all on one level and features a screened deck that stretches across the entire width of the home. An outdoor dining space is available for your evening meals watching the sunset.

There are views from nearly every room inside and there’s no better place to enjoy the breeze than on that screened deck. The Beach House is a wonderful gathering place for your family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is also located near the Indian Pass boat ramp and the ever-popular Indian Pass Raw Bar. With equal distance to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, shopping and dining are just a short drive away while the peaceful Indian Pass Beach is just outside your doorstep.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking with plenty of room under house for cars or a gathering. 1st level-gulf front living room with TV and DVD/VCR player, dining and kitchen with laundry closet; Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, access to screened deck, TV and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 – 2 twins; full bath and Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed and access to screened deck.

Very quaint and pleasant
Very good location, with pleasant a view. It’s set in a peaceful surrounding neighborhood just outside the city. We had a great stay. Some attributes of the house are a bit dated. But all in all, it’s a beach house. And we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The location was perfect. The property is showings it’s age though. The windows were not easy to open and the porch door kept sticking and was hard to open at times.

Loved the location, beautiful view of the gulf. Wonderful sunsets. Great neighborhood, the people was very nice. Loved hearing the waves at night laying in bed. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house does need a little work on though, the salty air is taking a tow on it.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at The Beach House and even though we did not have great weather, the trip was wonderful. We love the location, beach access and layout of the house. We will definitely return. We wish there was something available Spring Break of 2022.

Wonderful house on the beach
This is a marvelous place to stay on the beach. We loved everything about it. The front porch was the best “office” anyone could hope for. Hopefully we’ll be back!

We had the best vacation. I loved going through Pristine and would do it again and recommend it for sure. We also loved having the credit for the beach gear so we didn’t have to bring anything. It was the perfect vacation! :)

It is my dream house for the beach! Right on the beach and the view was amazing! The only thing is there was no grill and the stores were too far. Loved it even though the weather wasn’t the best
