We have used Pristine Properties for our Mexico Beach vacations for several years, we have been very happy with the different rentals we have stayed in and if there is ever any problem Pristine Properties is very quick to respond and take care of any issue. The people there are very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It is centralized in Mexico Beach. Plenty of food and shops around to not get bored. Very kid friendly! Lovely atmosphere! Beach is gorgeous!

We would definitely stay here again. Comfortable beds! Clean! Well stocked. Spacious! Pool area was nice and rarely more than 3-4 people there. Convenient area to leave beach equipment without having to bring to the room. Covered parking. Easy beach access directly in front of complex. Walking or biking distance to ice cream, coffee, restaurants and food trucks.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were awesome and huge bathrooms were a plus. The condo was clean and very near the pool with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf. Loved it and will stay again!

Unit was clean and conveniently located. Easy beach access and quick walk or drive to several restaurants and shops. All amenities you need are included and you have a great view of the ocean across an empty lot that has not been rebuilt on yet. This unit is on the same floor as the pool and sauna, which is so convenient, plus the pool has a view of the ocean as well. The beach area is quiet and there are so few units nearby that you can easily spread out and enjoy the space. Please be aware that golf carts are not allowed at this property. Listing should be updated to make this clear so that nobody else wastes money on a golf cart they won’t be allowed to charge and use. we were under the impression that golf carts were very common and welcome in the Mexico Besch area, so we were surprised to learn that they are not allowed at summerhouse. Other than the golf cart issue we had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again.

Furniture was okay but very used. Cloth couches showed looked dirty. Kitchen not well stocked. Melmac dishes could only be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher and the plates were too tall to fit. Only one large bowl could be found. No colander for rinsing veggies or straining pasta. 4 of the cabinets and 2 drawers were unusable due to the refrigerator sticking out...but it was a nice fridge! We enjoyed our stay. The other amenities were nice. We especially like the lounging bed in the Master bedroom!

Amazing! From Colorado Springs and we enjoyed our stay. I rented this property for my grandma and aunt. They loved the experience of the beautiful beach and quiet! Not crowded. Safe and handicap accessible for a 87 yr old. Place had everything for them to cook and stay in to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the ocean view. Enjoyed areas around as well. St Joe , Apalachicola! Fun shopping food and white sandy beaches...

Mexico Beach in the fall is hit or miss weather and we hit! Sunshine with 60-70's temps during the day allowed us to enjoy the heated pool. 50's in the evening was a great backdrop for the bubbling hot tub. An older crowd at the pool, which meant relaxation, no loud music, just good conversation and relaxation. Mexico Beach and Port St Joe are laid back little communities but have everything you could need. Great restaurants and quaint little markets. The lady at the MB visitor center was friendly and very helpful. We walked empty beaches and seen plenty of wildlife. As for the condo, clean and very well decorated. Everything you could need for anything you would like to cook. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, washer & dryer to clean up our own items before departure. Covered parking and a safe quiet neighborhood. There is construction all around but we found that entertaining watching the buildings change every day. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We had a great stay, it's a nice, clean condo! The furniture was very old, which made dealing with all our devices cumbersome, and the tv in the living room was quite small. The 9:00 a.m. checkout was the earliest checkout I've had in 20+ years of staying on the Gulf Coast so I didn't enjoy that. I understand the need for cleaning, but as stated, we have never checked out that early. We would stay here again, but would love to see some updated furniture and a checkout time in line with what we're accustomed to.

Thank you for your feedback on the property.  In regards to check out time, as stated in several places in all the information we send, we run off Eastern Time as a company which does create a 9am check-out time but it also creates a 3pm check-in time for those properties in Mexico Beach.

Love this property have stayed several times here. Prices continue to rise to the point almost not affordable if continues but I understand trying to come back from the storm and cost are up.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.  In regards to prices, yes, costs from the rebuild in the area from Hurricane Michael has caused increases in price.  However more so the price has increased due to demand and the growth in popularity of the area.

The condo was comfortable and clean. The master bed is wonderful. Sitting on the deck and watching the ocean can't be beat. The negative reviews about checking in/getting into the unit have either been corrected or the reviewers didn't read the instructions because we didn't have trouble. Overall very happy and would book again

We loved Summerhouse 203, nearness to hot tub and pool made for great use even when the temperature was a little cool. Right across the street from the Gulf. Very nicely decorated and as usual the folks at Pristine did a wonderful job. The only downside was we had to leave early to return home for our second Virus shot. Looking forward to next years Mexico Beach Visit
