DeLight House lives up to the name. The view and Indian Pass beach are beautiful. The house is very well appointed, and was spacious and comfortable for our family of six. Pristine Properties did a fantastic job seeing that everything was clean and ready for guests.

The screen porch was wonderful. The bathrooms and showers need a little more attention in cleaning and could use a refresh. The shark decals are kind of peeling and gross.

We just spent a glorious week at Sharkey’s! The weather was perfect and the condo was immaculate. Everything was clean and bright, well kept and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and all kitchenware was in great condition. It was a great choice for us and we can’t wait to come back!!

The shark theme of this house was perfect and set the tone for such a fun vacation for my family. We enjoyed all of the themed elements, from the shark tiles, to the outdoor shower, signs, etc. Couldn't have picked a better location for the stay. About 100yards to the beach, the Trading Post was within walking distance which was wonderful. Traveling with a family can be stressful and to know that a store was so close that carries almost anything we could end up needing was a relief. The house was more than big enough for our needs.

This is a great location in Cape San blas. Super close to the only store and next to the ice cream shop/ donut shop. Very close to the beach. ( 2 min walk) Our family enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect in every way! Just as described. We had no worries at all during our stay. The place was set up for visitors and very well cleaned. Our family brought bikes and rented some. Wonderful area.

It was so roomy, and we really loved the screened porch. Located within walking distance to a few restaurants, ice cream stand, and donut stand.

Great location, loved the screened porch. If we weren’t on the beach we were on the screened porch; you could see and here the ocean. Walking distance from the Trading Post and Scallop Cove. The only downside is beach access was not easy(kind of dangerous), the entry is full of rocks that have spilled over one of the barrier walls and you could only go right(north). The last unit was in the water (walking around through the waves with a dog or kids not recommended) and the beach path between the last 2 buildings on the street had been fenced off.

Pristine Properties does a great job, at least from our three night experience at "Sharkey's". Everything was ready for us and as described, and some kitchen & bath items that were unexpected & helpful. There is lots of open spaces to gather inside & out, as well as plenty of seating. There isn't any "yard" to use, but with the beach so close & easy to walk to, it didn't even seem like it was lacking. Keep up the good work Pristine Properties, we won't hesitate to rent from them again in the future with confidence.

I loved that Sharkey’s has a screen in porch with view of the Gulf. The waves are awesome to hear while setting on porch. Would like to rent every time I go to the Cape.

This place has a very spacious living area. The kitchen and bathroom countertops have been updated since the last time pictures were taken. We loved the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this Beach house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape San Blas.

We are here for the week with our friends and have had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is just a short walk to the beach and the screened porch is perfect for watching the surf and listening to the waves. I don't want to go home!

Great house for us, with the best porch ever! It was clean and neutrally decorated. The one criticism I have is with the kitchen pots and pans. We cooked at home a lot and I had to have my sister, who arrived three days after my husband and I, bring two pans. Most of the pans were non-stick with severe damage. We avoided using any of the pans. Stove is also somewhat difficult to cook on as the burners are out of alignment. Other than that, loved it!

Amazing house in an unbeatable location, one block from the beach and one block from the main street with quaint trading post. Plenty of room decorated in a fun "beachy" theme! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! We were able to walk right over the dunes and be at the water. With little ones it was nice to be able to come back to the property throughout the day. Loved everything about he property. The colors where bright, happy and beachy! The screened it porch was awesome and the little ones loved the hammock swings. The Sea Horse was everything we needed and more!
