We enjoyed our stay immensely. When we arrived our air was not working properly. We called and the HVAC tech was there super fast and had us cooled off in no time. Friendly mgmt, clean home, wonderful location. We can’t wait to visit again.

The house was comfortable. It was hard having 3 levels (for us) but was definitely manageable. It was very roomie inside, and we loved having the balconies, being able to see a little ocean view. We loved the location and having a swimming pool. The swimming pool was great. Having the outdoor shower was great. The walk to the beach was good. It was a straight walk past 3 other homes, then the Beachwalk way, which includes stairs. Everything in the home was provided that was expected and in good shape. The couch was a sectional, which was great, but, was very uncomfortable. Having 3 levels was hard for us (nothing wrong with them, just that we are a little older and were helping take care of very young grandkids).

We loved our stay and wouldn’t think twice about booking the house again. The walk to the beach was quick and easily accessible. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved having our dog with us and the ability to bring him to the beach. Cape San Blas is a hidden jewel.

Pristine Properties Management is always very responsive, and their rental properties are as advertised. Searenity is a perfect choice with 3 bedrooms, a nice pool and just a short, 2 min. walk to the beach. The property is only about a mile from the Trading Post and the beaches were uncrowded. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We enjoyed our stay, but the beach access is confusing and not easy. New homes are being built so very noisy & you can’t see the sunset from either porch. Also the pillows are awful!

We were very happy with our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable. Nice gas grill to cook on, lots of board games for the kids. Enjoyed sunrise and sunsets on the beach, and had coffee every morning on the top balcony before the kids woke. The pool was sparkling clean with nice furniture to lounge in. The beach is a very short walk. Everything was perfect for us!

The cleanliness of the home needed some attention. I would also say the same for the landscaping/grounds. It would’ve been nice for the trees/shrubs to be trimmed back from the fence surrounding the pool allowing access to another boardwalk option to access the beach. There was other surrounding properties that could’ve used some maintenance with the overgrown trees/shrubs as well. Overall, the home provided a decent short stay for us, but if our vacation would’ve been longer, I don’t feel as if it would’ve been that pleasant.

Our stay was great overall! We’d set up our beach gear in the morning and walk to & from the house for meals or restroom breaks. The beach is so quiet & low key that our kids had plenty of space to play on either side of our setup. The kids bunk room worked really well for our 4 total children. Each bedroom having its own bathroom suite gave us privacy & made shower time easier. Kitchen set up was very good, just about everything we needed. It was great having a grill near the pool for midday lunch break too. The sunsets were gorgeous & our only regret was not staying longer !!! Hoping to be back soon

The house was just enough for our two families to spend the first week of Summer. A very short walk to the beach, views to the ocean and best sunset from top deck.
House needs a little bit of attention to some details but nothing big. Kids could come and go to/from beach as they pleased, ride their bikes to donut shop (get there early!), and enjoy the pool. There is no cell phone reception at the beach, so this was an AMAZING forced plugged off vacation.
The house was clean, the closets are huge, and there is extra room to spread at the bottom level, leaving the mess behind. Laundry is just by the garage door, super convenient… get from the beach and drop all the laundry!

We completely understand the disappointment with the washer being out and certainly wish we could get it repaired during your stay.  Unfortunately between the lack of available parts and low inventory for replacements it makes situations like this even more frustrating.  The good news is the washer has since been replaced.

We absolutely loved our stay at Searenity. Our biggest complaint would have to be the barking dog next door - we felt we couldn't sit out on the decks or by the pool and fully relax. If the dog were still around, we would want to rent elsewhere in the future. Other than that, we loved the house, pool, location, and strong internet.

This is a great beach house on the Cape. It has a private walkway to the beach and you get a slight view of the water from the balcony. Everything was clean and as photographed online - the pool area could use some updated furniture and weeding. Pristine Properties were very responsive when we called about our empty propane tank and they replaced it by the end of the day. My only negative about the property were the terribly uncomfortable beds. I’m normally not picky about mattresses but both beds in the master and queen room were like sleeping on cots. I don’t know if we have ever experienced more uncomfortable mattresses. If you have back issues or need support while sleeping then keep that in mind. Otherwise, the property was great.

We loved staying at Searenity! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our family! It was nice having a pool and easy beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to cook dinners every night at the house. Loved our week at the beach and can't wait to go back!

We loved our week at the beach and this house was perfect! Definitely a major plus to have a pool and the beach is super close. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you would need to make dinners at home. The house is newer and was very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice that there were bathrooms in each bedroom. House is a perfect size for 2 families. Great house and great location!

Great property! Easy beach access. Short walk. LOVED the private pool. Great location. Pros: We had everything we needed to cook for 7 people all week. Clean. Adequate linens. Comfortable beds. Enough seating for everyone in the den. Nicely decorated. The decks, loved the decks.
Cons: The only negative I can think of would be the stairs if you had little ones, or health issues or bad knees.

This home is just as shown in the pictures, comfortable and well equipped. We would stay here again. One improvement would be to clear away the burr bushes growing in the yard but otherwise, it is a nice property.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is lovely and had everything we needed. Beautiful gulf view from upper deck! Access to the beach was quick and easy, just a very short walk with no difficult dunes to traverse. The pool is in an excellent location and afforded more privacy than other pools in the area. The management was quick to respond to very minor issues (smoke detector battery needed replacing, cable needed rebooting). I used their online reporting form in the property management app and it worked like a charm. Again, management responded right away to even these most minor of issues.
