Sea Breeze Manor is a beautiful 4 bedroom Gulf View home with a private pool, beautifully decorated with a professionally landscaped and maintained grounds located in the upscale SeaGrass community. The property has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and St Joseph's Bay giving you the opportunity to see the sun rise and set from the same house. The 4 bedrooms with 3 private baths is perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Whether swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the decks, or having a day at the beach this is the place for you. Oh did I mention your four legged family member is welcome too.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beach was a short walk away and easy to access. The deck and oven require attention, but overall the house and pool are well maintained and clean. We would consider staying here or nearby again! The cape did not disappoint, beautiful as always! Thank you!

I have been with 5 different property management associations. Pristine was by far the best and most responsive property management group I have done business with. I only wish I had used Pristine before. I can assure you that they will be the only group I will do business with in the future.

The ladies at pristine were very friendly. Reservations were easy. The area was great. On the inside the house was nice. The outside needs a little care and maintenance.

Great House for family trip

we were scalloping for first time with our 2 grown children - their spouses and our 2 grandsons - ages 2.5 and 6. Was great house / good location to beach / the onsite pool was perfect for the kids.. LOVED IT

Great stay

Great house. Short walk to the beach through beautiful neighborhood. You can see gulf from house. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and beautiful beaches.

Exactly what we needed & wanted

This was a great place to get away & socially distance during the pandemic. Easy access to the beach & the private pool was fabulous! Loved that it’s in a gated community with very little traffic. Property pics are accurate & it had everything we needed and more, including a high chair, crib, & pack ‘n play. Overall, we had a great experience & would highly recommend staying here!

Should have queen or King beds instead of double beds. House came equipped with crib pack and play high chair and Keurig. I called pristine properties before we arrived and asked them if they had those and they said no they weren't furnished. So we brought a crib and a high chair and did not need to. It was not clear from the pictures that the kitchen and living room were on the third floor which made it difficult bringing up all our care. The remotes weren't working for some of the TVs and there is no way to turn them on manually. The deck on the third floor is extremely dangerous and needs to be replaced. The air conditioning wasn't working on the first and second floor the first day they came out and fixed it quickly on the second day but I feel like pristine should have offered us some kind of discount for having to have one night with no air conditioning

Fun Times at Sea Breeze Manor

Pristine Properties is great to work with. We come to Cape San Blas a couple of times a year. There was a problem with the house we had originally rented, so Heather worked her magic and got us into this home at the last minute. This home is all you'd ever need for a month at the beach. It had a refreshing pool, plenty of room for 10 or more, pet friendly and every item you could ask for in the kitchen to cook any meal you choose. Our family was more than happy staying at Sea Breeze Manor. We think yours will be too.
