One of the most popular rental complexes and properties before Hurricane Michael, Gulf Aire Pelican’s Perch is a modern-day replica of what it once was. A nod to the original, but with updated style and design. The main floor Is an open living area including a half bath, kitchen, dining area, and gulf front living room.
