Located less than a mile from the Famous Indian Pass Raw Bar and about 2 miles from the Indian Pass Boat Launch, you’ll be tucked in between the only two other places you’ll need on vacation. These are favorites of visitors to this quiet step off the beaten path.

This 3 bedroom townhouse is conveniently equipped with a fantastic gulf front patio, grilling area, outdoor shower and the best part; the boardwalk with a deck surrounded by bench seating. Both floors of the property are lined with gulf front decks offering views as far as can be seen. If you are looking for a place where there is nothing to do but the beach and if you’re not a beach person, which I am not, you have nothing to do. No shops to shop at. The unit was nice and clean. Loved seeing the dolphins swim in front of the unit.

Thank you for your feedback, Mary. We appreciate your comments on the cleanliness of the unit and the dolphin sightings. It's true that our location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not cater to guests looking for a bustling atmosphere with numerous activities. We hope you had a relaxing stay regardless and would consider hosting you again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is steps from the beach. It is clean, kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife and finding shells on the beach. We rented bikes and took several rides. We will be back.

Beach access doesn't say enough. It is truly a very short, straight, walkway to the beach. Great stargazing and dolphin spotting. Beach was never crowded. Both porches provide excellent views. The whole family enjoyed the home and area, and said they would stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback, Billy. It's great to know that you and your family enjoyed the beach access and the stunning views from both porches. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back for another stay

Had a great stay at Pelican Landing 2. Beautiful views, beach though public, was not crowded at all. Restful place removed from the commercialism of other areas of Florida. Will definitely go back again.

Great value for the price. Peaceful and quiet.

The location itself is great and this is our third time staying at Pelican Landing 2. But we will not be back. The property needs some major updates. The price has increased significantly since our first stay and the only thing that we can tell has been updated is a new couch and washing machine.

This was an ok place to stay. The views were excellent! The cleanliness was livable, but not outstanding. The hoses outside to wash sand off were a plus! Outlets outside for fish knives would have been helpful! The bathrooms are huge, but the showers are so tiny and I'm not even 5 foot tall! The dolphins swimming by daily is exciting and the pelicans are plentiful! Fishing was great, lots of sharks and catfish caught! The water...was muddy and looked like chocolate milk and we ended up with a mud pit in front of the most awesome viewing deck!! We did get some high surfs due to Elsa for a few hours that brought some of the mud up! But it was stuck there for the remainder of our vacation. The outdoor walkway and deck to the ocean was amazing and if you walk a mile down to the point, you might find sand dollars! This beach should have been placed on a top 10 list for shells! The only thing that would have made this better was clearer water and less sharks! The murky water made it a little worrisome to wade too far out, especially after the number of sharks we caught daily!

I have been coming to The Cape for more than 25 years. This was my first time to stay at Pelican Landing 2. It is a Beachfront Triplex on Indian Pass. Nicely laid out with beautiful views. Not as upscale as some of the other properties I have stayed at in the past. However, it is an excellent value moneywise. Nothing that I would have changed. Would certainly consider staying here again.

We love this little place so much wish we could buy it. Just seems like home to us comfortable cozy homey feeling. The small issues we had were minor and we dealt with the few we had with smiles and laughter. We love it at Indian Pass and at Pelicans Landing #2. Wished we could come back several times a year for a wild here and there and was allowed to book more days than 7 like 8-10days. Always unavailable for a wknd in Oct

Great Location off the Beaten Path
The location is excellent, right on the beach at Indian Pass. You are about a half mile from the Indian Pass Raw Bar, so dinner and a general store are right up the road. Love the unspoiled, desolate beaches, and it's an easy walk down the boardwalk to the sand. Fishing is nice there as well, and you can walk the beach for miles and often not see too many people. The unit is a little dated, the fold out couch isn't usable (missing some pieces that hold the mattress to the frame), and the wi-fi clunked out and even though we tried to reset it daily it didn't work very well. There was no cell service (T-moblie) and the 2 TV's in the house are tiny! (We thought one was a computer monitor ) BUT we were there for the beach and the other stuff didn't matter. IF you need to be connected and entertained by TV, you may want to check some other options. If you want to get back to nature in a great location, this is the one for you. We will come back again to this place!

Thank you for your thoughts on this unit. Fortunately, since these comments the couch has been replaced (it is no longer a sleeper), TV's have been updated, and the internet service has been upgraded. However, feedback is always encouraged and appreciated.

Great location, overall a good vacation. Just needs new appliances and mattresses. Could use some pots and pans that aren’t so stained up.

- Posted: 7/25/2020

We appreciate everyone who takes the time to post a review on our properties.  However please note that all but one twin bed mattress had been replaced prior to this stay in July 2020; that last twin was replaced in January 2021.  Also this unit has a full set of stainless steel pots which by nature don't stain.  We encourage feedback and most owners, like the owners of Pelican Landing 2, will take action on reasonable requests; sometimes even before they happen!

Paradise
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent in this beach house. Everything inside of the home was clean and well appointed. The view from the decks was spectacular and it is a very easy walk to the beach on a brand new board walk. All of the decking and stairs are brand new as well. The beach was beautiful and very quiet.

Star Stay!
We are Mexico Beachers looking for a temporary replacement after hurricane Micheal. We rented this property because of its proximity to MB which is about 30 minutes away. When I initially got to the Pelicans landing properties (2&3) I was met with a musty smell in unit 2. Pristine was on it immediately and had a very friendly cleaning woman at the unit within the hour to give it a mop and wipe down before my other guests arrived. The next day, a picture fell off the wall and seemed to have mold in it. I have no doubt in my mind that this was an unnoticed hurricane Micheal casualty. We placed the picture outside and planned to call management. Within 20 minutes, a shower head had fallen off as well so the call was made. They horrified about the mold (we weren't, it was confined to the picture and frame) and they had a very friendly maintenance man to the rental within 30 minutes to install a brand new shower head and to remove the picture. These problems would normally cause me to leave a lower review, but the way it was handled gave me even more faith in this company as a whole. 5 stars for Pristine and 5 stars for this beautiful, beachfront condo. It had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook dinner several times. The layout is wonderful and having your family next door with the adjoining lower balconies was so nice for both my parents and my kids as they got to spend lots of time together but we still had our own space. The beach is so incredibly quiet. There's the occasional car driving by and that's about it. Oh, and nothing beats a fire at the beach which is allowed here! The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. We will be renting this property again. It was truly a perfect trip. Love Cape San Blas and the Never Forgotten Coast!

We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and will be returning to Pelican Landing. For peace of mind, I can tell you that the owners of the units in the building had the entire building professionally inspected for mold and mildew with no signs present. Our intention, like the property owners, is for guests to come and have a great time at the beach, making memories, and finding a new home away from home.
