We loved the location of this house, beautiful views of the quiet beach. We loved the opportunity to bring our dogs. The house is comfortable and quaint. I felt very relaxed and wasn’t ready to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are definitely fans of Indian Pass!

I absolutely loved this little beach cottage! It was exactly what I needed as a panhandle local that needed to run away from the tourist and crazy of the summer. My dog and I had a blast in Indian Pass. Being able to walk down the little path to the beach day was the best. Being able to enjoy the quiet was better.

We stayed at this sweet little house for 4 days with our son before he went back to college. It was perfect. The porch is amazing and you basically have the whole beautiful beach to yourself. Definitely a true beach vacation spot.

Love the location!! The house could use a little a tlc but nothing that bothered us. We absolutely loved the large covered deck overlooking the beach.

The home and location is absolutely amazing. Its a chill cottage vibe relaxing LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION WAS TOP TIER. it was amazing stay for myself,my husband and fur babies. Its near local eateries.so u dont have to travel too far for meals and things for the house kitchen. The beach water in that location is a lil murkey so i didn't swim but the sand is soft an the home is intimate and has awesome beach views. If looking for spiritually chill time BOOK IT! property manager were a bit of a mess got 3 calls in middle of vacay about more fees even though we spoke b4 check in and 2 calls were about the wrong info. So overall The home and scene was amazing. Prestine property did cause some unnecessary anxiety so watch out for that.

Pelican Bend was a great place stay. The house was large enough for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the covered porch overlooking the beach and the 100 or so steps to the ocean. Indian Pass is very secluded and not crowded at all. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves on most days. Indian Pass Raw Bar is just up the street and was our favorite place to eat and listen to live music!

I hate to say how wonderful this place is, because we want to keep it all to ourselves!
This home is a gem. Small enough to be very cozy, but large enough to be very comfortable. Perfect location for privacy, peace and quiet. The view of the beach is fantastic. The few steps to beach is fantastic. A parade of dolphins every day!
The big covered porch is just like an extra living space. We spent most of our time there. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and arranged so that you can still chit chat and see the water! This place served our needs perfectly. We will most definitely be back. We actually wanted to say longer, but it was already booked. It was just my husband and me and our small dog. But a family of 4-5, two couples or a small group of friends would do well in this home. We cannot wait to come back!!

Location! Location! Location! We have always stayed on 30A but we wanted something less crowded. We stumbled on Indian Pass and found our new favorite vacation spot! We have never stayed anywhere with our on private walkway just steps to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all even though it was a holiday weekend. We were planning our next trip back before we left!

Pelican Bend was the perfect, relaxing retreat for our family. The stunning ocean views and private beach access has us already wanting to rebook! The location was very quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed having every meal on the back patio over looking the sea and wildlife. We cannot wait to come back!

This was the worst visit to the G of M I have ever had. So disappointing. Big trucks going up and down the beach all day with sand. No sunset over the water. I have been staying on the Gulf for 40 years and this is a 1st. I had no idea the cape would block the sunset at Indian Pass. Bugs were horrible and no fly swatter in the unit. Need to have a no star option.

I'm sorry to hear you found Indian Pass so uninviting.  While I certainly understand not enjoying the big trucks driving by on the beach due to the County's beach dune renourishment it is something that is necessary to build the dunes from them being wiped out in 2018 from Hurricane Michael.  As for not seeing a sunset over the water, this is somewhat typical in Indian Pass due to its geographic location.  I would encourage you in the future to call our office prior to booking to get any questions you have answered.  We have local reservation agents in the office daily who are happy to help.

I would love to give this place a 5 star review, but there were some major things that need fixing. It appears several things have been or are in the process of being repaired (like new paint) but the addition of the barn doors to the bathroom in the hallway was not a great idea.

Despite rain storms, fog, and even tornados, we had a perfect 10 days. The cottage was comfortable and we spent most of our time on the large deck. We had gorgeous moon views and the stars were spectacular. We are planning 2-3 more trips there in 2022. I am so happy they share their beach home—thank you!

My husband and I and two fur babies enjoyed this house so much. It’s comfortable and charming and the front porch is magical and so relaxing . Even with some bad weather from Ida, it was a perfect and a much needed week away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were apprehensive about a spring break during a pandemic, and everything about the property and experience was excellent and we felt safe and comfortable at all times. The home was just as promised, and a little more. It was exactly the perfect fit for our family. Thanks for a much needed and great family vacation!

The barn door on the hall bathroom was very uncomfortable, the sides were left unfinished and left no privacy for the person using it!! Would like this to be better next year!!!

Such a beautiful spot to chill for a few days! The deck is ideal if you’re taking a dog with you. You can leave doors open to the ocean and not have to worry about them getting out. We’ll definitely be back!
