Great location! A very accommodating space - close to the beach, restaurants, easy parking, and the condo itself was clean and spacious.. perfect for my toddlers too. No complaints! Every one we met at this location was friendly as well. We will definitely be back.

This was our first stay at this particular condo. We loved our room and the space. It was perfect for my large family. It was very clean. It was comfortable. The hop, skip, and jump it took to get to the beach was not bad at all. I have 5 daughters with the youngest being 3 so we did not want to have to walk a long distance to get to the beach. It was perfect. I have no complaints and we most definitely will stay here again.

Everything was great! The only complaint we had was about the sheets for the beds. They would not stay on and seemed to be very small.

Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The living area of the condo was spacious and decorated with up to date furniture. Very nice.

Everything about the condo was great! The open floor plan made for more than enough space for everyone. The master and guest bathroom showers are HUGE!! The only "con" was the cookware provided. We improvised and it was fine, but do suggest adding a couple of baking pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to using Pristine in the future.

First, the pictures of the property are accurate, but the actual property is larger than the pictures can portray and we were very pleased. It's in a great location, and although near the main road, is almost soundproif from traffic, or other renters' noise. The property is very clean, and the property managers were very responsive. Everything was working properly, with a few wifi hookups, probably due to rain in the area and easily remedied with a re-boot. Our only surprise was there are no kitchen condiments or coffee provided; many VRBO properties are amply supplied with such. Would also suggest adding hairdryer on list of items to bring as one is not supplied.

Property was well maintained and clean. Right across the street from beach and very close to Killer Seafood. Only negative was the canal right next to condo, looked nasty. Parking underneath building was very convenient, kept you out of the weather. Would stay there again. The sliding barn door to master bathroom did come off the track with normal use, too heavy for me to put back on.

Great property and met description. Although the quality/quantity of some basic supplies was lacking. Despite being informed of the limited paper products, one would think the quality of those provided would have been far better.

Very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Has a good view of the beach. Only suggestion would be to add some sort of shades or drapes over doors to balcony. Sunlight at some times during the day was brutal with nothing to block it.

A very relaxing enjoyable stay. Excellent accommodations directly across from the beach. Easy access getting to the beach as well as a nice view of the beach, and even though our condo was on the side we had excellent views of the evening sunsets and listening to the waves as they washed ashore in the evening quite.

We had a great time! Such a nice view of sunset on deck every night. Deck was shady and nice in mornings for morning coffee but later in afternoon while sun was starting to going down was a little warm. There was a small alligator in water below was fun to watch him swim around! Beds were comfortable. We ended up having to go buy our own pans due to ones in unit were dirty and unusable. WIFI never worked while we were there, Did have to call maintenance due to clogged tub in queen bedroom. They came out same day and repaired. Overall would rent this unit again. Close to restaurants and nice drive to surrounding areas.

As always, Mexico Beach did not fail to provide the perfect location for family time with a side of fun! The condo was spacious and quiet which was nice, sparse on decor but when the windows are open at the beach, do you really need it?!?

This property is exactly as described & matched the pictures accurately. This unit was very clean & I’d definitely stay here again! It is very spacious & perfect for family or friends to stay together comfortably. The only suggestion I have is 2 towels per a guest instead of only one.

If I had to critize anything.... I wish they would have checked the light bulbs first we had about 10 that were blown. The entire place was amazing though! We will return!
