Love Mexico Beach & Paradise Shores. 2nd stay there. Pool deck is awesome, especially since it doesn't have landscaping blocking the view of the Gulf. Condos are amazingly roomy. Two suggestions: Couches are extremely soft & unsupportive, so we put pillows under the cushions. 2nd bedroom could use room darkening curtains, since lights from the outside walkway shined in all night & made it hard to sleep, plus a small chest of drawers for clothes.

We really enjoyed the place and wished we could have stayed longer. The good stuff: The condo is huge! The bed was very comfortable and I love the close, covered parking. The beach is just a short walk away.
The not so good stuff: We weren't given a fob to access rhe fitness room, which is one reason we selected this property. The living room furniture is a little shabby. Not a big deal for us but I wouldn't want to have to sleep on one of those sofas. The kitchen isn't equipped for 9 people to eat in. The dishes are mostly very thin plastic and there are no baking sheets. But I would stay there again, since it's just the two of us.
Also, checkout is 9 am, which is very early.

Your notes on the living room furniture and kitchen supplies are valuable, and we will look into adding more adequate cookware and dinnerware for larger groups. Regarding the early checkout, we appreciate your input and I'm sure you also realize that your check-in is also an hour earlier than most at 3pm. Overall, great trip! Some construction noise from across the street, but not a big problem! To be expected as Mexico Beach rebuilds! Very clean and well maintained! Lots of books, games and beach chairs and stuff so can leave yours at home!

This place was super comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The view off the balcony is fantastic. The beach is right across the street it is a fantastic spot.

Very nice place with all the items you needed in the kitchen! The pool was not heated, which was a disappointment, but everything else was good. Just wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. Very nice place!

The location was perfect for my family. My parents cannot get on the beach anymore, so they loved sitting on the patio and being able to see the ocean. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, games and kitchen items. The walk in showers and elevators are one of the main reasons we choose this listing for my parents comfort. We are all looking forward to coming back. The 2nd bedroom had a very high bed, but was comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom was fine. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back.

Property had tons of room. The pool was a big hit with my kids. The ocean was nice you did have to sit away from the drainage coming in. The home was even supplied with some items for my kids to play with at the beach. Great place.

Nicely appointed condo. We spent A LOT of time there since Claudette hit the week we were there. Comfortable furniture, clean, well maintained.

Property was clean and as described in the condo description and pictures. Condo was next to gas station that had bright lights that stayed on at night. However, the blackout curtains helped Immensely. Mexico Beach is beautiful but has lots of construction and currently no restaurants, just a few food trucks. We drove down to Port St. Joe for food.

First time staying at Mexico Beach. LOVED our rental. We had issue with freezer first night we arrived and the property management immediately sent someone out as soon as we called. HIGHLY recommend rental as well as Pristine Properties. Easy checkin/checkout. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our stay feel at home.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and spacious. The reservation process, check in and check out process were thoroughly organized. We had a small issue at check in and it was resolved quickly. If you like to cook in your condo, I would recommend bringing a good knife.

My wife and I have been coming to Mexico Beach for a lot of years and have always dealt with Pristine Properties and this was our first trip back since hurricane Michel. We have stayed at Paradise Shores - 310 once before 4 or 5 years back, it is well equipped with a great balcony to enjoy the sunrise and early morning sun. I have nothing but praise for the place, but it maybe time to retire the red sofas, they are showing age and are not very comfortable sitting. Kitchen is well supplied with all the stuff you will need. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were plenty big. We had a great time and hope on our next visit all will be repaired (hot tub). Mexico Beach has made great progress since the storm and we wish them well.
