Amazing location! Balcony was the perfect spot to hang after a day at the beach and watch the sunset. The surrounding beach was beautiful and loved the calmness of the area. Cute little shops and food trucks are in town. Enjoyed not having all of the flashy typical beach destination crowds. Grocery store and chains about 30 minutes out which we didn’t mind at all. Master bed is a bit lifted so if you have limited mobility second bedroom bed is more accessible. Would stay here again.

Every thing was great! Condo was clean. Furniture (including beds) was very comfortable. Great place to stay for a few days at the beach.

The condo was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Everything worked properly. It was clean and had everything we needed. A quick walk to the beautiful beach which was not overcrowded. The host was super responsive.

We had such a great family vacation here! The beach was right across the street and so easy to access. The pool was perfect and in the shade for the afternoon. The view from the balcony was amazing! Better than pictured

The unit was very large with lots of storage. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly think of and dishes and pans appropriate for any meal. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. All furniture was extremely comfortable. The deck had really nice outdoor furniture to view the beautiful sunsets.

This is the second time we have stayed at Paradise Shores. We like the location and proximity to the beach. Currently, this property has an ocean view from both sides of the building. All personnel that we had contact with was friendly and professional.

Yes, the HOA does a great job of keeping the common area neat and tidy. We also wanted to apologize about the clothes washer going out during your stay, we realize something like that is an inconvenience. While we weren't able to get it fixed before you left it has since been repaired.

Please note all of our properties run on Eastern Time, including those in Mexico Beach.  So while it does call for an earlier checkout than usual, it also provides for an earlier check in.

We loved the condo! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfy and condo was clean! We love Mexico beach and the forgotten coast! Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean. Tastefully decorated bringing a taste of the beach inside. Everything we needed for our stay was there with the exception of consumables of course. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfy, plenty of room and the bathrooms were well maintained. The facility was kept up and felt very safe. My mother uses a walker and is 96, although this is not listed ADA equipped she was still able to get around just fine within the unit and facility. I don’t think the unit would work for a wheel chair though. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely and the beach just a few short steps across 98 was beautiful and easily accessible. We all agreed if we could afford it we’d buy one just like it! We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Of all the condos we have rented through the years this was probably our favorite. It is such a spacious unit and is so beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen had granite counter tops and had most anything you needed to make a meal. The living room was quite comfy and had a big flat screen TV in it and the bedroom was quite comfortable as well. Our favorite part was the spacious master bathroom with the two closets, double sinks with granite countertops and the big garden tub and large walk in shower. You could also catch a glimpse of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom. This was our first stay at Mexico Beach and it will not be our last!!! Hope to be back soon!!!

Very clean, everything we needed was included. Grocery store, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Perfect location and extremely comfortable. Will be booking this location again.
