Adventure awaits at Fisherman’s Cove. A luxuriously decorated and designed vacation home, Fisherman’s Cove, is nestled in Old Florida’s natural vegetation between the Gulf of Mexico and the Indian Pass Lagoon. Being gulf front, this home has a bird’s eye view of St. Vincent Island. Just a few hundred feet away from the Indian Pass Public Boat Ramp, you can launch your own boat with ease or hop on the St. Vincent Island Shuttle where you can explore the unique and natural island.

About the home, this is not your traditional fisherman’s camp even though those luxuries exist for the fishermen in the group. For those looking to relax in class, it is absolutely gorgeous with impeccable décor. A newly built 4 bedroom home, the style rivals any 30A or Destin vacation home. The only difference is the location. It’s as far removed from that hustle and bustle as you can get. An ideal spot to unplug and reconnect and enjoy what vacations are meant for, just sit back on one of the decks and you’ll understand what that means.

Three of the four bedrooms have water views of either the gulf or lagoon. There are fantastic views from everywhere in the upstairs living area. This home is just remarkable all the way around. Come take a break with us at Fisherman’s Cove.

Floor Plan: ground level – covered, paved parking. 1st level – Bedroom 1 – gulf front bedroom with a queen bed, TV and furnished deck; Bedroom 2 – gulf front bedroom with king bed, TV, full bath with shower/tub combo and furnished deck; full bath with shower only and washer/dryer; and Bedroom 3 – queen bed and TV. 2nd level – gulf front living area with living room, kitchen, dining area, open furnished deck; full bath with shower/tub combo and Bedroom 4 – queen bed, TV and view of the lagoon.

Great place! Very relaxing and easy space to escape just close enough to grab supplies as needed.

Great spot
We enjoyed our stay here a lot. It really is steps from the beach. It is a little narrow with needing to make room for golf carts and cars driving by on the beach, but doable for sure. We also kayaked over (quick paddle) to St Vincent which was awesome. We found so many cool shells!! Would stay here again.

Thank you for your positive review, Drew! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you took full advantage of the beachfront location. Kayaking to St. Vincent is a fantastic experience. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Fisherman's Cove is pretty, private and peaceful. House is comfortable, you will get your workout with the stairs, which I recommend over the elevator. some rooms smaller than others, but was fine for our stay.

Pristine properties was always responsive over the phone when I had any questions and they were always very helpful. The location of the property is unbeatable. Amazing views of the pass with St. Vincent's Island in the background and world class fishing all around in a 30 minute radius. 8 guests was a bit of a stretch due to one of the beds being a full and the upstairs living room area being a little small compared to the rest of the house. Also, the property did not have a grill which seems to be a standard at other larger airbnb properties. Regardless, the home was very nice and was the perfect spot for our trip.

We had a great time. Beautiful surroundings, very quite and peaceful. The house was great. Only issue was 3 of the beds were on the smaller side, hard to fit 8 people in the house unless they are couples and the house was short on plates and utensils.

This was a new, beautiful home with good views over treetops of the pass, island and ocean. This was our first visit to Indian Pass and we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. A few things to note. The bedrooms are located on the second level and the kitchen/living are on the third level. There is an outside elevator that is extremely helpful when unloading. Make sure the rental company gives you instructions and codes prior to your arrival so you can operate. There were plenty of clean linens and towels and the house was very clean. There are NO extra supplies, so bring everything you will need-- soaps, coffee filters, seasonings, lighters--everything! There is immediate use supply of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap--but bring extra if you plan to stay longer than weekend. There was no wine bottle opener! There is a small store on the island, but nearest grocery stores are St Joe and Apalachicola--as well as shops and restaurants. This house is located on the pass, so the water is brown with current. This is not a great swimming location, but the beach area is good. We stayed on a holiday weekend and were pleasantly surprised at lack of crowds.

We had a relaxing stay!
Love the view the peacefulness of the place. I didn’t like that the pillow cover had stains on it and the floor was full of door hair wasn’t properly vacuum.

Nice house
The house was very nice. It was clean, well equipped, and apparently good pest control. The pictures need to be updated. The furniture is different than the pictures. The dining room table now accommodates six instead of four which was great for our family of six. The room with the bunk beds now has a queen size bed which is a very tight fit. This could be a problem if you were expecting bunk beds for two children. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The area is uncrowded with a small town feel. Be aware you’ll need to take insect repellent. This area is really bad for mosquitoes.

there were no shutters on the window in the guest Bed rooms. Did not like the fact there was no cover over the decks, when it rained the decks where not useful, and the bottom screened in porch was not usable because it kept about 1 to 2 inches of water in it at all times. there is a problem with the circuit breaker box, some of the breakers kept tripping for some reason, mainly the light down stairs, and once the stove upstairs.

Not as pictured
Was dissapointed with the different furniture and lack of rugs pillows and decorations. Very less cozy than I expected. The photos are possibly how it may have been staged to sell from the real estate listing and probably need to be updated.

Thanks for your feedback regarding Fisherman's Cove.  The difference in furnishings is a combination of two things: 1) the property has recently sold and has been refurnished but the schedule of the property has not allowed time for new pictures yet; 2) due to the CDC guidelines with COVID many of the decorative items (pillows, throws, etc) were put up to minimize potential contact points between guests (regardless of the original or current furnishings).  Please check back for updated pictures soon.

This house was fantastic. The views were amazing and given the pandemic, it was a perfect more private location. It definitely got buggy on the warmer days, but overall the house/location were perfect. For those with babies...only the master and bunk room have window coverings/curtains. This may matter for some. If you plan to cook, you really need to bring all the basics - which we planned for ahead of time. Would rent here again!

Very nice house! The amount of stairs were hard and need to be clearly published. Elevator was helpful but for a larger group made it hard and the stairs to and from the beach were hard for our older members. Vegetation around the home made the bugs awful!

Absolutely beautiful house, gorgeously decorated and incredibly clean. Everything was brand new and very well taken care of. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this beach getaway that is steps away from the beach. We would definitely come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was mostly well equipped. I wish the property had a grill; we could have made really good use of it. The property is also in need of upgraded pots and pans. The largest saucepan had peeling Teflon coating. We also would have appreciated having a toaster or toaster oven and the guest bedrooms could use curtains or blinds to block out the lights from the nearby R.V. campground and neighboring houses. The house could use another visit from pest control; being close to the dunes and the inter coastal woods naturally brings bugs. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we’d certainly consider this property again.

I would suggest Pristine have a real person answer the phone and be able to talk to customer and put them in touch with someone that can help. I hate automated phone answering. Beach area on the inlet is not very conducive to swimming and getting in the water due to strong current, sea life (sharks and jelly fish) and constantly stained water.

Thank you for your feedback about the area and our phone system.  There are a lot of people who enjoy the Indian Pass area for everything it has to offer but it's certainly not the perfect spot for everyone.

Fisherman's Cove is a new home on Indian Pass. The elevator was helpful in bringing up our belongings to the second and third floor living areas. The home has water views on three sides, one of which includes a view of St. Vincent Island. The balconies on the back of the home were a great way to relax and the front balconies allowed us good viewing of the Indian Pass 4th of July parade and the fireworks at Port St. Joe.

Beautiful Home in an Amazing Spot

Fisherman’s Cove is a gorgeous, brand new home with 360 degree views of the water and its own private boardwalk to the beach. The decor is modern, clean and bright. The kitchen has everything you need.

My favorite feature is the two huge porches. From the top one, everyday, I enjoyed the Gulf and Pass water views with my morning coffee and evening cocktails! It was amazing to watch the many birds fly by at eye level-you felt like you were in the tree tops! The lower one was great for mid-day because it provided shade. Additionally, the back bedrooms and the elevator balconies have beautiful views of the lagoon.

The location was great for our family. It is very close to the Indian Pass boat ramp so it is easy to launch your boat, park the trailer back at the house and walk quickly back. Also at the boat ramp is an access point to drive your golf cart onto the beach.

The private boardwalk to the beach takes you to a quiet part of the beach right on the Pass. It is a secluded part of the beach nice for relaxing, fishing and playing in the water.

Great cell phone service in Indian Pass and very fast wi-fi in home.  TV's in every room was a plus.  (Cape San Blas has average to poor cell signal on the north end).  Indian Pass Raw Bar 5 min from house by car or 10 min. golf cart ride.

Our family of four loved this home and would be happy to rent it again.
