Indian Pass is not just a destination in the northern panhandle of Florida; it’s a way of life. Just ask some of the locals or the many visitors who make this small coastal town tucked between Cape San Blas and Apalachicola their exclusive vacation spot. In no time, you’ll discover it’s a whole vibe. Unique from most Florida beaches, you will not find go-cart tracks or putt-putt golf courses; no airbrush T-shirt shops or swanky dining options with large crowds and a dress code. What makes Indian Pass special is the uncrowded, wildly natural beach and the laid-back atmosphere that embraces you like a warm breeze. You must try the Indian Pass Raw Bar, a local seafood restaurant serving fresh oysters caught daily and shucked right at the bar with coolers of beer, wine and soda served on the honor system.

Outdoor and water activities are endless, and there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Indian Pass is best known for its fishing, but it’s also a fantastic place to go crabbing, shelling, or bird-watching. Wildlife abounds. Take a ferry from the boat ramp to St. Vincent Island for a chance to spot an endangered species like a loggerhead turtle, gopher tortoise, or even a red wolf. On most days, it's common to witness an eagle soaring overhead with its daily catch in tow, or a pod of dolphins putting on a show. Eagle’s Rest gets its name from the knobby trees outside the loft’s window, where eagles are perched, resting on top.

This cool, stylish beach rental is a vacation dream, including a private fenced backyard with a fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower, smoker, and even a treehouse. When dinnertime is the best time, you’ll appreciate the custom-built diner-style dining table on the main level just off the kitchen, where you can mix food, conversation, and a great TV show. Just beyond the dining area is a covered gulf view deck. On the top floor is a small living area loft with a queen futon, a large TV, an Xbox, and a collection of games.

Great place to stay with all amenities you could need. Great Communication with the Owner. Be prepared to walk many steps through your stay. This was not an issue but something you should be aware of.

Wonderful stay and just as pictured. Great walkable proximity to beach, pet friendly, small and close quarters but well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Note steep stairs up two levels give you a workout! I’d stay here again!

This was a pretty house with nice, simple beach decorations. It has lots of stairs so you’ll get a workout. The walk to the beach was short and there was a good view of the water from the deck. The 3rd floor den was small (one sofa that touched two walls) which made it a little hard for a family of four to get comfortable.
The listing said there was a Keurig but it had a small 4 cup Mr Coffee (which required a run to the store before caffeine).

I can’t say enough good things! We went with another family and it was the perfect location! The beach access was a short, pleasant walk. It was never crowded and we saw so much wildlife which the kids loved! We saw bald eagles and the boys loved crabbing. Money bayou was right around the corner and there were a TON of crabs easily caught with nets. The appliances were all new and the kitchen was gorgeous. The shower had great shower pressure and was perfect after being on the beach all day. For the kids the outdoor shower was a huge hit! There were a ton of games, books, and the loft had a Wii that the kids loved. They also loved sleeping in the loft with a futon and foldable ottoman. The yard is gigantic with a tree house and fire pit which is perfect for s’mores! Indian pass oyster bar is right down the street which has amazing seafood! The general store is also close by and there was a food truck there in the morning with amazing breakfast. Perfect house for perfect vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay. I just hope the host clean up the outer area for future guest! The inside was impeccably clean. Although we didn’t have extra paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags. Also the guest portal said trash picked up on Saturday. We ended up having to put trash in someone else’s can! All in all we would stay again. The beach area is AMAZING.

My wife and kids spent 5 nights here in April 2023. This house is absolutely stunning. All of the pictures are accurate and it was very clean with fresh linens provided throughout. You can tell the kitchen was newly renovated and it was fully stocked. We loved cooking dinners and hanging out at the big table after long days at the beach. The upstairs loft has a huge TV and the guitar hero game was a hit with everyone. The entire area/neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet, there was barely anyone on the beach while we were there. There’s an easy beach access point in the neighborhood so that made going back and forth pretty convenient. The backyard is huge and private too with a large fence. We hung out back there at night and used the firepit to make s’mores. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked another week for later this year.

Pristine Properties was great to work with. Had some trouble getting in due to a lock being engaged that wasn't part of the coded lock, but they sent someone right over to get us in. Really, the only downfalls were the construction going on at the house next door, and that it's listed as having a fenced yard. That was the reason for choosing this listing, as we brought our dog. It's mostly fenced, but no way to close it off completely. It is a great house in a beautiful location, and we will definitely be visiting Indian Pass again, fell in love with the area for sure!

This property offered a nice view of the water from the upper balcony. We enjoyed the back yard and extra lot. Close to the Raw Bar and beach access. We felt very comfortable here, and the home met our needs.

Amazing Beach House
We stayed here for 3 nights in December and this house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures are accurate but do not do the overall location enough justice. The entire neighborhood is so peaceful and has a super convenient beach access point on one end, and access to the Money Bayou river on the other. Great for my kiddos to run around and explore. If you look at the tree tops behind the house, you'll see actual Bald Eagles. I'd never seen them before coming here. There’s a golf cart on site that we used to go to the beach and back. The kids already want to come back next year.
