Dunes Club is located directly beach front on a gorgeous section of beach on the south end of Cape San Blas. The beach here is quiet and spacious for your group to spread out and feel like the beach belongs to you. On the gulf side of the building is a community pool, and other amenities include community wireless internet connection and boat parking. With a fresh new look Dunes Club 2A, is the end unit on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. Along with the natural light from the gulf front sliding glass doors both in the living room and the master bedroom, the bright furnishings and stylish fixtures make this a place to really lift your spirits. Outside, inside, it’s all designed to help you achieve the level of relaxation vacations are made for.

Floor Plan: The entire condo is one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them masters one with a king bed, one with a queen and a set of bunk beds in the 3rd. The large oversize deck overlooks the pool and Gulf and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening meal around the spacious outdoor dining table.

The property is nice and has a nice ocean view. The walk to beach was longer than anticipated. Condo was nice but didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool.

We appreciate your feedback. We have verified with HOA that the pool is checked 5 to 6 times per week and cleaned/treated as needed. It's not uncommon for these service visits to happen prior to those wanting to use the pool to be out and about.

This was a follow up visit from a previous visit that didn’t start out so well. The current owner has purchased the property a couple weeks before we visited. We encountered some issues that were unknown to him. He wanted to make it right, so we agreed to return again. We are so happy we did! The condo has been updated since we our previous visit. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the condo. We hope to return in the future. We feel like this condo and the Cape is our home away from home.

Enjoyed the dog friendly property and beach. Not clearest ocean water for swimming. Nice views, foliage, privacy, covered parking, spacious, and well equipped

We loved out stay hear very much. The condo was spacious and we liked that it was all on one floor. The elevator was nice to get to he second level where we were too.

The condo was amazing. The only negative was some of the furniture. The couch is very worn. Also if the armoires were removed and the TV's mounted, the rooms would feel a lot bigger.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The end unit balcony was just wonderful and the elevator and long flat boardwalk made it easier on our two older dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed the week.
