This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we really liked it - warm, sunny, less people than nearby coastal towns, and a peaceful pace. The complex was quiet and directly across the road from the beach! We appreciated the simplicity of parking, the outdoor shower to rinse off, the hot tub, and that there were restrooms right next to the pool. The condo was nice - just as described & matched the pictures. It actually had more space than we anticipated. I'll note that the windows in both bedrooms open to exterior hallways that have lights on all night. The windows are covered by blinds, but it was still pretty bright in each room when trying to sleep. If you need it to be very dark to sleep you will want to be cognizant of this.

Great location with easy beach access

The place was great overall! We had a great trip. The only issue we had was there was not a lot of hot water for 4 people. The hot water did not last for one shower. Pristine Properties was very responsive once we reached out about the issue. The showers were warm but still would not last. One other thing was there was only one towel provided per person so bring extra. Other than that, the place was great location wise!

Mexico Beach Condo

This condo was very nice and looks just like the pictures. The pool is steps away and beach access is a very short walk straight across the street. My only complaint is we had to wear shoes inside the condo, otherwise our feet were black, which has been an issue at several places I've rented. The cleaners definitely need to do a better job mopping.
