Great stay.
A wonderful place and a nice well equipped apartment. The beach just a short walk away and not crowded. Will stay here again.

This property was okay for the cost but I wouldn't rent again. We really enjoy spending time in an outdoor space at the beach and this place was a let down in the area. We were also unaware of the remains of a house in the ocean in front of this rental. Our daughter got in during high tide and immediately got scraped up. When the tide went down we could see broken wood columns and a concrete slab. We walked down the beach a little ways each day to where there was more beach space and a safer water area.

We enjoyed this property! We pulled a small boat for the bay and the parking area was very convenient for recharging batteries and such. Beautiful house and short walk to the beach. There isn’t a huge beach in this area though.

The property was clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach was nice. Other than a few comfort issues(pillows, blankets) our stay was lovely.

We enjoyed our time for the most part. Our only issue is that this is on the first floor and during the first 5 or so days of our stay, the family in the unit above us was so loud and stomped around at all hours of the day and night. We got no sleep until they checked out.

Excellent apartment. It is fully remodeled and few steps to the beach. It was very clean and full equipped.

This unit is beautiful and was just perfect in size for us. Really Close walk to beach. Thought we would get to sit out on covered porch if raining ( rained our whole trip) but couldnt because the decking above isnt closed off so water comes through upper floor. Be mindful of noise level overhead cause it is surely very noisy. First night we had 6-8 young boys who were disrespectful and plowed through our deck shoving deck gates down we had for our dog. One time they showed up and we were out there I told them they could use the other side just as easily that they probably didnt want to cut thru ours with the dog out. They never even said they were sorry about plowing through our gates before. They we’re also so so noisy up there till late first night and next morning but they checked out. That day so we thought we were in the clear but Then came a family with 3 young children. Its been just as noisy, lots of running, jumping banging. Good thing young ones go to bed early but bad thing is they are up early. Dont think we will ever do a quad unit again but the unit itself was just right for us as was the closeness to the beach. We expected some noise above but there is apparently no barriers in these inits.

Thank you for hosting us. We were initially nervous when we saw some negative reviews from back in 2018 but it seems like you they have turned it around. The place was clean and comfortable. They sent us text message to make sure that everything was in order and if there was anything that needed to be repaired. I would choose them again for my future stays !

Loved Buckeye beachouse! Great location. Super cute! The low star rating was because the mattress in master was super uncomfortable and sunken on one side. Beyond that we loved it!
