Located on the north end of the peninsula, it’s a short bike ride away from Longbill’s for a yummy meal or a little further to enter the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Honestly speaking, you never even have to leave the property to enjoy yourself.

A fenced backyard with a private pool, private hot tub, an inground fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a swing and an outdoor shower….is there any reason to go any further? The amenities continue inside the home with one furnished, screened-in porch to the side of the house and another off of the back with a double-sized swing bed that overlooks the backyard. There’s even a sauna in the master!

On the ground floor of this single-family home is where the open living area is arranged, complete with a living room, kitchen, and dining area along with the master bedroom. The master includes a queen bed, TV and master bath. Upstairs are the additional guest rooms, each with a queen bed and one with a large open sundeck furnished with loungers and sofa to catch some rays and a full bath in the hallway.
