You cannot get any closer to the water than this! Beach Therapy is a spacious gulf front townhome located just past the rock wall on Cape San Blas. It is directly on the beautiful white sand beaches and just steps (and only a few) from the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room in the home. The screened deck on the main level is a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula. By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!

Floor Plan: Ground level – covered, paved parking. 1st level – gulf front living room with furnished, screened deck, sleeper sofa and TV; kitchen with stackable W/D, dining area and half bath. 2nd level Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, open deck and full bath with shower/tub combo; full bath with shower only, Bedroom 2 – duo bunk set, TV and DVD; and Bedroom 3 – bay view bedroom with king bed, TV and small deck facing St. Joseph Bay.

Great place to relax and explore the area. An update to the photo would let visitors know that you are right on the Gulf and no beach in front of this complex. Kitchen is adequate but could use plates and cups that can be put in microwave and dishwasher. Overall a very nice unit and would certainly recommend to our friends.

Clean and comfortable property. Outdoor shower area and deck were wonderful. Wished for more kitchen counter space, larger microwave safe serving dishes. Unusual threshold heights at entry and balcony doors, and in/out of bathroom showers were tripping hazards for two persons in our group.

It would have been nice to know that the water was coming up all the way to the building, so actually sitting out in front of the property was not going to be possible. Based on the pictures on the rental, it shows a very large beach area out in front, this was definitely not the case. I feel like I paid for beachfront, but didn't get what I paid for. This is why I gave 3 stars on the Property value. The room with the bunk beds do not have very good mattresses on them, they are quite thin, and there wasn't much to the bedding in the master. However, with all of this said, we did enjoy our time.

It is true that you can't find a build of units closer to the water than Sunrise Sunset.  If there is any type of disturbance in the Gulf there is a strong chance at high tide that the beach in front of the building will be nearly or completely covered up.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Cape San Blas! The beaches were pristine white sand with few people! There are several nearby dining options, but the best seafood required a drive to Apalachicola. Still, that was just a pleasant 23 miles away.
Check-in was a bit confusing. My understanding was that we would be able to access the code for the door lock by going to the Guest Portal, as that was communicated to us in several emails. When I tried to get the access code, it was not in the Guest Portal. So, after a long day of driving, I had to make several phone calls to Pristine Properties before the answering service gave me the door code. Once I had it, though, all went smoothly, and we ended up having a great stay at Beach Therapy!
