Beach Please

We love Beach Please. I know it is difficult to offer a rental that will allow pets but it makes a world of difference to us. I know that sometimes people don't "do the right thing" with their pets and we really appreciate that Beach Please doesn't penalize the rest of us for the irresponsibility of some.

Great experience - we rented through Pristine Properties in Cape San Blas and found them to be completely helpful and quick to respond to questions. The house is well-maintained and it's a quick walk to the beautiful, sparsely populated beachfront. I can highly recommend renting a cart, umbrellas, chairs, etc. from VayK Gear - it made our very short trek to the sand easier. Plus, we didn't have to pack our cars with the beach equipment! We will stay here again if we are in this area.

This house is great - well maintained, comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with most anything you'd need, with a generous supply of dishes and cutlery. The outside shower is a definite plus, and it's a quick and short walk to the gorgeous beach. Our little group (me and my husband, our daugther, son-in-law, and grandson, and their Shih-tzu) were a perfect fit. Pristine Properties took care of our one maintenance problem (clogged upstairs drain) within two hours of our call. We are all very happy to have stayed here.

After a year of loss and great stress, we needed a secluded place to just go rest. This was the place! Just a few steps from the beach and could see the beach from many points in the house. It had the best equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed in. Restaurants are just 15-20 minutes away which is perfectly fine with us.

This house was perfect for us. Well equipped and comfortable. Wonderful location with great neighbors. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We love the Indian Pass community and would certainly come back!

Great location, even though it was a beachfront property when I rented, then noticed a brand new house in front of it when we arrived.

Unfortunately our area is growing, even Indian Pass, and new construction is all around.  Fortunately the new house next door is completed and while not the same as they were you still have great views of the Gulf from this house.

We love Indian Pass and Cape San Blas area. We have vacationed here for years. While it was a great time with our families, it was a disappointment mainly because of the construction noise and traffic on what we expected a quiet ocean front street.

Unfortunately our area is in demand and growing.  Construction going on nearby or next door is not something we can control or predict but certainly can understand how it would impact a stay.  The house that was being built next door is now complete and no other construction is currently going on up or down the street.  I can't help to think that the low rating and comments about the view are retribution for the fact we required you to pay a penalty for violating our pet policy instead of ruining your vacation by evicting you mid-week.  All that being said we're glad to hear that you love the Indian Pass and Cape San Blas area and we hope to see you return.

We like this house, but now that we know there is another house directly in front of it blocking most of our beach view we won't be willing to pay so much money for it. Plus, the construction caused us to have a Porta potty at the end of our driveway and every morning we were woken up by the sounds of hammers, saws, and nail guns rather than the ocean like we hoped! I realize this is not Pristine Propertys fault, but it certainly made for not relaxing wach morning. We were unhappy that none of the pictures showed this house or that there were no comments in the description stating this. We felt deceived. Please update your pictures!

Thank you for your feedback on the property and the new house being built next door that appears will be finished in the Summer of 2020.  Our area is constantly growing and in demand with new construction ongoing all around us.  We do periodically update pictures for all properties but we unfortunately can't do it continously.  Once construction is finished next door we will plan to update the pictures of the views from Beach Please as the rest of the pictures online are fairly accurate.

I have rented many places over the years and I have to say Beach Please rates as one of the most outstanding! Extremely comfortable, location is excellent. The only small improvement I would ask for would be a kettle for the tea drinkers of the world.

Great property! The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the fact the property had it for an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a covered parking area. Hardly anyone else on the beach at times (which is the way we love it). Will definitely stay there again!
