WindMark Beach Resort is an active coastal community tucked between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. A biking/walking trail winds through the neighborhood along the coast, with boardwalk access points spread out along the way. For other ways to stay entertained, enjoy the use of the sizeable zero-entry community pool or gather around a community fire pit available to guests. The hub of this beachside resort is the WindMark Beach Town Center, with pizza, ice cream, local cuisine, spirits, water, outdoor adventures, and spa treatments. Beyond the Town Center, in the distance, you will find Beach La Vie, a short walk away.

A vacation rental home designed to accommodate 10, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is a great spot to call home while visiting the area. There’s something for everyone at Beach La Vie. A single-family home at the end of a cul-de-sac has ground-level access, expansive living space, and a master suite on the bottom floor. Upstairs is where the younger vacationers will gravitate with an open movie/gaming room equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a theater-style reclining sectional, a table for four that can be used for dining or a game of cards, and a shelf full of board games and such. Also housed on the top floor are the remaining three bedrooms and laundry room. On the exterior of the coastal retreat, you’ll find many perks helping beach life become a reality while maintaining the familiarity of home with a spacious well-manicured corner yard. For your convenience, there is an enclosed outdoor shower and a winding driveway big enough for multiple vehicles. Watch the sunset from the patio in the backyard or enjoy a nice meal on the screened porch’s dining table, staying cool under the ceiling fan.
