We LOVED this rental unit. It had plenty of space and was dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. The unit was clean and was equipped with more than what we could ask for. Plenty of pillows, blankets, kitchen items. You name it. It even had a heating pad for my sore back from traveling. The floor fans were a big hit since I have to have a fan running loud for me to sleep. The pool is so close I could yell at my hubby and grandson from the balcony when dinner was done. The playground was right around the corner and the beach was a short distance as well. The turtles were a huge hit for our grandson. We loved how they would come greet us and look up at us from the pond while we were on the balcony. No bugs. No maintenance issues. No trouble at all with anything. Thank you for the lovely stay. My 6 year old grandson had the BEST fall break ever.

We loved our stay at this property. Lots of amenities apart from the beach (pickleball, pools, rode bicycles). The beach was a short walk away. This property is very close to the state park as well.

Had a wonderful time. It would be nice to leave a porch light on for those who are checking n after dark. I had trouble finding the right condo. Having the 108 after the condo number was confusing.

Wonderful. A little dusty- intake vents and fans. Check in- finding the correct condo was confusing. THe after hours staff were great in helping me. Office staff very nice. A small exercise room in club house would be nice.

Great 2BR property across from one of the BD pools. This property was just as advertised and very well maintained. We would definitely rent this property again!

The unit definitely needs some updating and better housekeeping in general. But we loved the location on Cape San Blas. And housekeeping did take care of the issues we had very promptly.

Washer and dryer didn’t work properly. We liked the condo except for that.

Nice condo and great location. Would have been higher review if washer and dryer worked properly. Washer had white tape covering regular cycle with no explanation, looks like possibly once had “broken” written on tape. Saw this with magnifier later. Spin cycle didn’t dry clothes out much so dryer couldn’t get stuff dry without running clothes through about 3 cycles. Which takes about 3 hours. Dryer also shut off after 15 minutes a lot. So for the condo that cost the same as a working washer and dryer, we would pick a different unit next time. We did notify maintenance and they came two days later when we were out, so notice on door to call them. But by this point we just dealt with it.

The property was clean but didn’t feel very clean since they allow pets. Some of the bedding had stains on it. One of the a/c units had a sign not to turn below 72 degrees or it would ice up. There was a note on the washing machine about some settings being broken. Overall the owner needs to put some of their profits back into the unit. The coffee maker was rusted but thankfully there was a spare in the cabinet.

It was little further from the beach than I prefer. But absolutely love that it was dog friendly and the pond had a ton of turtles!!!! Very nice community for a family!

Good town home, close to the pool, but far from the beach. The place was well kept up, however the stove didn’t work properly, which wasn’t too big of a problem. Mosquitoes almost carried us away, but that was to be expected so close to the pond! All in all, it was a nice place!

We had a wonderful stay and plan to return and ask for this unit again. We were captivated by the turtles in the pond!!

The value was not worth it. We assumed a 4-day stay would be a time worthy trip. But checking in after 4pm leaves no time except for dinner and unpacking. Then getting out by 10am the last day means we aren’t using any facilities that day. We understand the cleaning (especially during covid), but we feel that this was a 2-day vacation with 2 days added in cost. So THAT is horrible.

Cutely decorated condo. Plenty of space for us (two adults, two kids). Short walk to the beach. Complex was full of friendly people. The beach was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. My only issue was master bedroom upstairs didn’t have a door. Probably fine for most people, but would have been good to know. But loved the property! The pond was nice, too! Saw lots of turtles and birds up close!
