Barrier Dunes 128 – 153 is a 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome located in Barrier Dunes a gated, gulf front townhome community adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Barrier Dunes offers quiet surroundings with 2 community pools, one of them being gulf front, tennis courts, a playground and fishing ponds. This particular unit is located across from the playground and backs up to the entrance into the State Park. You are located a short walk from the beach, with easy access and no major roads to cross.

This unit is a great place to stay any time of year, whether you’re looking for a monthly home to escape cold winters or if you plan on bringing the family during warmer months to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect for all types of vacations. The screened deck off of the living room offers a great space for outdoor dining and you can also enjoy a view of the bay in the distance.

Floor Plan: Ground Level-covered, paved parking and outdoor shower. 1st level-living room with sleeper sofa, TV, bluray player and nicely furnished, screened balcony; dining area, kitchen, full bath with shower/tub combo and Bedroom 1 – 2 twin beds and small balcony. 2nd level-Bedroom 2 – queen bed, TV, DVD, open balcony with bay view and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; laundry closet and Bedroom 3 – queen bed, open deck with view of playground and full bath with shower/tub combo.

Very nice place

Excellent property. Exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Great community pools. We enjoyed our stay.

For the price and value of the rental, we were pleased with our stay. Our kids loved being right by the playground. We enjoyed the screened porch and the community amenities. The master bedroom bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise.

I do think that expectations of those who are accustom to staying at an individual owners house or second home and stepping into their property just as they left it are different than those who are experienced in renting through management companies. As stated we do provide a starter amount of items for guests and actually communication what you should expect to bring multiple times in the time between booking your stay and arriving. How that's read, if that's read are outside of our control.

The property is fine, I just would've like to have been a little closer to the beach. There's no official drop off spot for all your stuff you're taking to the beach. It would have been nice, not to have to pull up and block others just to unload our car. Wasn't a problem, but I think they should make an loading and unloading zone.
