The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was extremely clean and the location was just a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, great location. The fact that we had to drive 6 miles one way to pick up and return the keys was a bit much. keyless entry would have been nice..

This property is perfectly named "attitude adjustment". this is on the sleepy end of Indian Pass - no noise, no traffic - so great for relaxing and just hanging out. House is very nicely laid out. Wifi is strong and TV is easy to connect to from phone for video sharing. covered parking for 2 vehicles and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

I was pleased with my stay and the property was as advertised. I was disappointed in the bedding, linens and toilet paper. Spending a few extra hundred bucks so guests could get a better night's sleep would be the difference between four stars and five.

We are happy to hear you were overall pleased with your stay but sorry to hear the bedding, linens, and toilet paper fell short of expectation. We certainly want everyone to have a good night's sleep but we do rely on the guest verifying the published bed sizes match their personal preferences before booking. While the linens and toilet paper are the same type provided for all properties, we are always considering positive changes that can be made; so thank you for your feedback.

Great home for a family of 4! The kitchen was spacious enough to host another family for dinner and the outdoor shower was very welcomed!

The property was great the house was as described and super close to a sweet little beach. Our only issue is that with most Airbnb you at least have toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc…available at arrival so it was a bummer after a long day of travel to have to go back out to the store just to get supplies to use the facilities…

We're so glad you enjoyed the property and got to experience Indian Pass' secluded beaches.  In regards to supplies provided, to get you off to a good start we typically provide a starter (small individually packaged) supply of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper…as well as a full supply of towels, washcloths, and bath mats.  Recently, possibly after this guest's stay, we have added a starter supply of dish soap and paper towels as well.  While these aren't intended to last for someone's entire stay we are trying to not have them have to immediately go to the store upon check in.

This spot is amazing. My family of 4 spent a week unwinding and it was exactly what we wanted. The beach is a short walk away. if you want to kayak or SUP it's a but of a haul carrying boats, but access to the lagoon is just across the main road. We brought a portable fire pit to the beach a few night (easier than cleaning up the ashes by hand) and it was magical! We will ABSOLUTELY be back to this house.

Property needs a golf cart.

Thanks for your feedback.  The liability in renting a golf cart to vacationers it not something most homeowners want to take on.  However there are multiple places locally that rent and deliver golf carts if the need or want is there.

The home itself is well appointed. The people who stay there and pay an additional pet fee - that pet fee should REaLLy be used to do a deep clean after a pet has stayed int he home. Especially before non-pet renters come to stay.

This property is really great! It is very well maintained and exactly as pictured and only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and cute too. My dog and I will be back!

Attitude Adjustment is a beautiful, well maintained, well equiped property. Its location on Neptune St. is perfect for heading to the gulf beach or taking a kayak to the bay. We had great times during our 5 week stay and would rent again if it was available.

We love India Pass Beach, it's so peaceful and there is never anyone there! The house was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. We lived in the outdoor screen-in porch at night watching the sunset. The house was just as it was captured in the pictures.

Lovely house and beach was excellent. Internet was down and while property manager same to look could not do anything. They. Allied the media company who could not come until 5 days later when we were leaving. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
