My family enjoyed this place immensely! Beautiful and homey. We had a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Excellent location. Only thing was the yard needs to be cleaned up and we felt the pet fee was excessively high. We norm pay $50-$70 for a pet fee. Here it was over $160 per pet. We enjoyed the fact exons had their “ own” space and an excellent common space. The bunk room could use black out curtains for the sliding door and a lock on the bathroom barn door. We are already planning on returning and vacationing here again. Thanks for finding and sending back the grandkids switch they left on a drawer and communicating daily … it reached us 3 days after departure. Excellent communication from time of booking and throughout our departure. I think a 4:00 arrival is a bit late, a 3:00 would be better do you feel like you get a beach day since departure is at 20:00 am. We loved the short walk to the beach and ice cream shop. Perfect for big families.
