A Turtle View

We had a wonderful time at this property. My grandmother needed an elevator to access the house and it was perfect. The beach and house was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The view and distance to the beach doesn’t get any better! PP was very attentive and the house was clean. The spacious layout was perfect for our family of six on the second floor and the grandparents on the first floor. The house could use some TLC and updating, hence the 4 star for value.

The dishwasher was leaking water all over the floor and there was not a baking sheet in the kitchen. In addition, I appreciate the property owners allowing pets but there was a rug in the living room that had pee stains all over it. I would remove that and also remove all of the carpet. I've never understood why you would have carpet in a beach property. More hooks were needed in the entry way so that you could hang towels etc. Outside of those few items, the property was good, we had a great time and would rent this property again.

The elevator is invaluable to my family because my husband is a disability. I hope that the price does not keep rising and make it impossible for us to continue renting.

We love the house and the location. Pristine Properties is always a pleasure to deal with and any issues or requests we have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. We especially appreciated the staff allowing us to print several documents we needed while we were staying at our rental.

Hidden paradise at a turtle view house. Beautiful views, private yet close to everything, great for families or adult getaways. The beach is right outside your door. Expect normal wear and tear on the property as it is enjoyed by many. This is a hands down great choice for a stay on the Cape. Outdoor private shower and bathroom. Huge utility room to keep your beach gear. Elevator was perfect for unloading luggage and packing up at the end of your stay. Balcony access from every room and comfortable beds and easy covered parking!

We have stayed in Turtle View 5 years running. Beach erosion was bad and we may need a change.

There is a large group of people that love North Cape San Blas due to how close the houses are to the water.  That being said there should still be plenty of beach for all the houses in the area.

Fabulous location and the home has a fantastic layout for a family traveling with grandparents. The elevator and 2 king suites are huge highlights.

Loved the house and the decks!! Plenty of room in this house for our family especially with the 2 master suites and loved being right on the beach. Kitchen was a little small but very well stocked and had a great pantry. Had a little trouble cooling the top floor and found a few leaking windows when we had a day of sideways rain but other than that the house was wonderful! Pristine properties was great to deal with and accommodating with our request to stay additional days. We will definitely rent this property again!!

Property was better than expected. It fit our expectations. We had a great time. Location was perfect. Construction right next door, but what do you expect. We will be back 100%. We are just not sure if it will be the same house. Overall we were very satisfied with the house and the property management company.
