A Rendezvous, No Pets Allowed

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and beautiful and we were literally steps away from the beach. The area has such a great feel to it, we rented bikes and were able to take the trail out to the state park and around the area for ice cream and dinner. We'll definitely be back!

We loved how close the house was to the beach. It made it so easy to get back and forth when trying to go to the beach with small children. The rooms were large and spacious. It had a great lay out for a beach house. The out door shower was great because it kept everyone from tracking sand into the house.
The owner was so sweet and accommodating. We had a day where the air conditioning unfortunately stopped working maintenance was there within hours but didn’t keep us from going on with our day at the beach and dinner. The owner even personally called to check in to make sure everything had been fixed and we were comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved the house and the decor and comfort. We did not like going up all the stairs with groceries and heavy coolers since the kitchen was on the top level

CSB is our FAVORITE beach to visit so will be back. Pristine has always been great to work with even when I owned a unit. Thanks! Also I love to see the rebuilding after Hurricane Michael.

Again really great house but with the 10 foot wall to navigate and no boardwalk to traverse it this was our 4th and final stay here, sadly.

The house needs to have a boardwalk added to access the beach. There was a roughly 10 foot sand berm so to access the beach we had to walk down past the next house. My older parents had a hard time with this. A wood walkway and steps would have fixed this.

Pros: Recently renovated property just steps away from the beach which is a nice wide beach compared to some areas. Comfortable beds and efficient A/C. Property is in a convenient location to Trading Post and St Joe Shrimp Co if you need to get any supplies. Great views of the beach from the living area and master bedroom. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies and appliances. Cons: Stairs are only option to go upstairs if you have any mobility issues. Location is pretty congested- lots of rental units in the area behind the house which leads to lots of foot traffic to the beach- access boardwalk right outside the bedroom windows. Grumpy old man lives next door is fun police. Access to the house is unpaved road, some areas of clay and mud could be problematic for a low car.

We drove 12 hours to enjoy the holidays while also social distancing and this was definitely a good place to do that! The view was amazing. There were not very many people on the beach. The house had EVERYTHING we needed i.e. plenty of blankets, board games, every dish or appliance imaginable etc. It was very clean, very comfy & cozy.

The property is in nice condition and very close to the beach. For these reasons we really enjoyed the stay. The place was spacious and more than enough for 2 people. We'd definitely come back and stay longer!

I have been coming to the Cape for years but this is my first time at this home. A Rendezvous is a gorgeous well laid out 2 story home with great beach views. Kitchen is well equipped and the overall layout of the home is perfect. Had a problem with the WiFi and Royce from maintenance come out in less than 30 minutes and had it up and running. Pristine Properties is always responsive to any needs or problems I might have. My only concern is that the Boardwalk did not go completely to the Beach and the last few yards were on quite steep dunes. Not a problem for us, but might pose an issue for someone with orthopedic problems.

We've stayed at several places in the area and after Hurricane Micheal, we needed a new place. Working with Pristine is always a positive experience. We landed on A Rendezvous and could not be more pleased. Often when you see photos online, you're disappointed to see the real place. NOT the case with A Rendezvous. This property is even more beautiful in person. The decorations, the space, the layout and design are not only extremely functional, but just plain gorgeous. You cannot beat the short walk to the beach. The views of the ocean are breathtaking from any of the balcony porches. We got fresh fish every night from Port St. Joe Shrimp store, right behind our place and it was delicious. If you want to truly get away from it all...this is the place. One sidetone: The road to get to this house is extremely uneven and our car bottomed out. So just be careful on the drive from the main road back to the house.

We've been staying in another property on the Cape for years. This year's move to A Rendezvous was a great decision. Location, layout, colors, furnishings, materials were all 1st class. We've already booked for next year. A shout out to Suzanne and all the folks at Pristine. Great team Great service. If you have any concerns about the Cape after hurricane Michael, don't. It's back and going strong.
