A New Beginning

We loved this place! The pool was fantastic! We also really loved the beach in front of the house. I was really grateful for the bear locks on the trashcan because we did have a run in one evening while walking the dogs! It was on the other side of the drive so we just avoided the area from then on.

Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few snafus - the AC was amazing, the showers were satisfactory, and the Beach was fabulous as always. Will definitely return.

We loved having a boardwalk directly to the beach and a community pool to enjoy. The house had some wear to it, broken blinds, the outside hose had been cut by yard maintenance, and the spiral staircase wobbles a bit, but overall it was a great experience.

The house is an awesome size with plenty of space for my family of four and my in-laws. The walk to the beach was easy and the beaches were not crowded at all. My only complaint-the cookware, coffee pot, and kitchen tools were outdated and not working well. The condo could use some living room furniture updates. We still had a great time!

This place was amazing! To have the pool right there when you get back from the beach was perfect. Especially with the kiddos. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable. Only thing I would say is outdoor furniture probably needs to be updated. We had a blast!

The house itself was fine, but there are just too many issues with it to stay there again. Nice location and property, just needs maintenance items and amenities addressed (i.e., no doormats anywhere except outside the downstairs king bedroom, need one for inside the front door beside narrow wooden stairs).

This home was a wonderful place to enjoy the gulf beach. It was clean, functional, and close to the sands and sea of the gulf. Pristine Properties was great to deal with.
One thing to be aware of (at least at A New Beginning) is that there is no door for the third floor bedroom. It is not a deal breaker, but it is something to be aware of.
The views from the deck were wonderful and the walkways from the house to the pool and beach were great.
My family loved our time there!

We really enjoyed the "rustic" feel of the property. We had absolutely everything we needed. From cooking utensils to extra blankets. We will definitely stay here again. We love the area because it's laid back and not crowded. It's steps away from the beach and the pool.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The complex was very quiet and the pool was great! It was a short walk to the sparsely populated beach. We plan to stay here again.

The property is in a premium spot on the beach! So fun to walk the dogs! The property is older but the price is good would definitely rent again!

They place was fine. But the property manager, Pristine Properties, went above and beyond on a couple of issues. The whole reservation process was perfect. Communications were great.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. This place is older but VERY clean and has been updated a little so it’s very comfortable. I would stay again!!

This was a great home, and we are so happy we chose it! We felt really taken advantage of by Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals when the a/c went out in the place we had reserved 8 months beforehand, and they did very little to work with us. That's when we called Pristine Properties. The people were extremely easy to work with, and they did their absolute best to set us up in a comparable place to the one we lost at CSBVR. A New Beginning had almost everything our original place had... plus it was nearly $1,000 cheaper! This house is clean and well-laid-out. It has great views, and the walk to the beach is easily manageable. The pool is a nice plus. The bedrooms are good-sized. The jetted tub is fun, etc., etc., etc. Overall, we had a great time and we will be booking with Pristine Properties again next year!

Nice location, great boardwalk, good parking. Kitchen equipment not tremendous but adequate. Nice bedrooms. Electrical outlets suspect, especially cord from the microwave and downstairs bedroom, (no faceplates). Not one clock in the unit. Had to bring a telephone to us as there was none in the unit and no cp service. (AT&T). All things considered, we had a good time and would consider a return.

We stayed during the second week of September so we were basically the only one's there! We had the entire beach to ourselves. Our two pups had a great time playing in the sand. The house was spotless and furniture was actually upgraded from the pictures, pleasant surprise. We had one minor issue which was handled within a few hours of calling. Only 10 minutes from town. We would absolutely stay here again.
