The property was plenty of room for my husband, our three teen/tween girls and plus a friend, and two dogs. Only problems was the stairs are way too steep for our dachshunds to go up and down. They had to be carried every time they went out. That got tiring. I also wished there had been a tv in the master bedroom.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The beach is a short walk away (like only 20 yards), the layout was very open and everything was very clean. There are other nearby homes but it was never noisy. We'll definitely stay here again!

We will definitely rebook in the future with Pristine Properties. Nice location, very close to the beach. Love the coupon they sent us to rent beach gear. We got the bicycles. They dropped them off the day of our arrival and picked up on the day we left.

Great condo in perfect location with private beach access. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and furniture was comfortable. Great stay!

This is a great roomy condo that is well stocked and very comfortable. Great proximity to the beach for the price. A few things to note for future renters - this is in no way the owners or Pristine's fault, just information for a smooth stay for any future renters - the owners one level down to the left have two wolf hybrid dogs, not sure how often they are there and I'm sure they own it since the back door had a VERY large doggy door to the back deck. This made it very difficult to use the front stairwell since their dogs and ours would get "excited". They all settled down after a few days once we stopped using that stairwell, but something to be aware of. Other pet issue was the owners below our unit; that unit doesn't allow dogs so assuming it was the owners. They did not feel the need to leash their dog according to the Cape's leash law and it made for some stressful situations both on the beach and around the property. Overall we had a great stay.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience with the downstairs neighbor and their dogs.  We've not received complaints about them before and to my knowledge they're not there all the time.  We have made our property owner aware of the situation and they plan to discuss this with the downstairs neighbor.

Well maintained, older property with a wonderful location. The finishes dated the property, but it was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Other than the issues with the kitchen, we enjoyed our stay.

The good news is since this guest's stay the property has received some updates: new flooring, new mattresses, lighting, and other changes.  In regards to the issues with the kitchen, really expectations on what supplies our properties provide upon check in, I refer anyone to the "What to Bring" section of our website located under the Travel Guide in the main menu.  There we give some good ideas on what you'll need when visiting and renting one of our properties.

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas. The whole trip was such a pleasant experience and we were so pleased with our stay at Coastal Sunshine. Upon entering, it felt like home. It is a very warm and inviting, with every amenity you could need while you are away. We will definitely consider returning here again sometime in the future.

Location good. Property was nice but somewhat dated. Floors showing quite a bit of wear. Perhaps without some of the other problems we encountered, we would feel a little more positive.
