I don’t think I have ever had a more relaxing time. There were never more than one family on the beach with us. We did not have to listen to evil music nor hear cursing while on the beach. This was a very nice time with our family

We had 1 issue while there and they were quick with the response and had it fixed within the hour. I would definitely book another stay with them. Plenty of space for my family, very nice location and loved the town.

Beautiful view from the top deck out to the water and quiet beach just a short walk down.
The house is very bare-bones and pretty outdated, but was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with wi-fi/cable and although it was handled by the property management company, we went most of the trip without.

We certainly agree that utility outages are no fun, especially cable/interest outages. Ironically as you check out today now the whole entire area is in an outage that is now going on 8 hours. One of the beauties and downfalls is our remoteness.

The Great- Beautiful location, private beach and very quiet. Outside shower and hose is awesome. Pristine was very helpful and friendly. The Good- beach is nice but not a ton of sand for your kids to play on. The path to the beach needs some clearing out some. The Bad- The house is just outdated and needs a few things addressed. Some TLC would do this place some wonders!

Beautiful views and great location but the owners have not updated in many years. The home is not as clean as I would have expected. Extreme aging of the furniture and fixtures and at this point, more is needed than just a scrubbing.

Property could use some updates. Couches were broken. Would be really nice to have a boardwalk to the beach. Location was perfect.

Overall we loved the views and water front access. For that alone we would rent it again. But the property needs some upgrades. Cabinets need some paint and new hardware, appliances need replacing, living room furniture needs replacing, Some color in the decor, and some outside furniture(with some weight to them so you don't sit in them and break them), Both couches were broken and nasty. The risers on the stairs going to deck very worn (might need some attention)..

Clean, cozy beach house with fantastic views! Furniture has seen better days (both couches broken/sagging). Kitchen is well stocked but pots/pans are well worn. Overall a pleasant experience but could use a few more thoughtful touches and attention to detail to really make it an exceptional experience. The views and beach access are worth the price!

We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was wonderful. The location is very good also. Lots of privacy on the beach. Providing wifi and netflix was greatly appreciated. The house was clean.

House was as advertised. A few maintenance issues but nothing major. This house is in a very quiet area. You have to drive anywhere you want to go. Beach was nice.

House is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our stay. A few upgrades would make the house even better: 1. New sofa and a recliner 2. New outside deck furniture 3. New stove or repair the downdraft 4. Kitchen upgrade (dishwasher was very loud) 5. Need boardwalk to beach 6. Need Mattress covers on each bed 7. The house is starting to show its age

The only thing we didn’t really like, that the kitchen and living room was on 3rd floor:( so we have to go upstairs and downstairs hundreds time a day! Lol and it can be really big problem for older people! Also we don’t like that the whole house was carpet floors. Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation!!!

The house , view, & amenities are great except for the "couches", They are wore out.!!! Very uncomfortable, you sink down so much it feels like you are sitting in a birds nest..Only other seats are wood chairs & that gets hard quick.

This house has a great view and is very comfortable. The beds were great. We only sleep there as part of a bigger team to help rebuild. It was easy to rent, check in and out. It was all done on the phone and emails. Great places to eat were close by. Plenty of beach frontage and hiking trails and an eagle greeted us each morning from the tree top next door
